(Erika P.O.V)
We dance for some more time and enjoy it for some time. Dad walks to the stage, takes a mike from the Dj, and draws attention.
“Now that I have all of your attention I want to make an important announcement to you all, Erika and Logan can you come on the stage please,” Dad said and we walk to the stage and stand by their side.
“Everyone when our children settled down and started their own life I and Melisa have realized that we are getting old and we should pass our thrown to their rightful owners Erika and Logan,” dad said and everyone started clapping their hands. Mom clapped her hand two times and three servants come with a tray in their hands on the stage.
One servant carries a tray that has a sword on a pillow, the second servant carries a tray with a pillow that has a Tiara and a crown, and the third servant bring a pillow tray that has two important batches which show higher ranking.
“Erika this is the holy sword made by the god himself who gives it to your parents, and your parents give it to the council for this kind of thing you going to take it and hold it in the air while you take your vows in front of all the people here,” dad said and I take the sword from the tray and hold it in front of them.
“I request to Mr. Connick to come and help my children to take vows,” dad said in the mike, then walk down the stage and stand with others. Mr. Ronick comes in the stage and stands beside us.
“Princess Erika I request you to repeat vows after me,” He said and I repeat after him.

“With the authority provided me by the god of night creature I now declare you the queen of the whole vampire family,” Mr. Connick said and I can feel insane power radiating from me and all the people standing behind bows in front of me except my family. After that I put the sword in its place, mom goes down the stage and dad come up in the stage and stand beside Logan.
Logan takes the same pledge that I have taken with the holy sword held high by him and dad makes him wear the crown and the whole room burst out in cheers, claps, and applause.
“Long live the king, long live the queen,” Mr. Connick shouts and everyone shouts and everyone repeats after him for some time until dad holds his hand and stops them.
“I would also like to announce that we have decided that Alex is going to be the vice president of the council,” dad said in the mike and he comes on the stage.
Alex holds the and dad make him holy sword high in the air and take his pledge the same as I and Logan have taken before. Dad made him wear the vice president and everyone claps and cheers for him.
“I am proud to announce that we have decided that Avis Mcknight, Erika’s brother will be representative of the vampire council, he still has to learn before he will join the council as a representative but I still want him to take the pledge after he does that I will start his training and make him a responsible council member, Avis can you please come to the stage,” dad asks and he walks to the stage and everyone claps and cheers for him.
I can feel his nervousness throw the way he walks.
“You can do this Avis we believe in you, just be yourself and everything will be alright,” I said to him through our mind link as twins we have our perk. He looks at me, I smiled at him and blink my eyes
assuringly.
(Avis P.O.V)
I see my sister and Logan take their pledge with confidence and become the king and the queen of the whole vampire’s family. Well, they meant to rule the world. I can personally feel the power radiating from them. Alex himself didn’t do so bad. I on the other side feel like a nervous wreck and excited at the same time.
“What happens?” Ankho ask me.
“I am pretty nervous,” I said to her laughing nervously.
“You will alright, believe me, I know you can do it and you will,” Ankho said and squeeze my hand assuringly and I squeeze back while smiling back at her.
“Avis can you come to the stage please,” Mr. Ellwood said to me and I walk to the stage getting my shit together and I think my sister feels my nervousness because she mind-linked me and assured me.
When I look at her she smiled at me and blinked at me assuringly. I walked up to the stage and holds the sword high and take the vows.

Mr. Ellwood takes the batch from the pillow and attaches it to my tux suit and everyone breaks out in applause and I take a breath of relief.
After that party continues for some time and Mr. Ellwood introduce me with the council and Mr.Roicks the current representative of the council before me, said that he will start my training after one week so that he can arrange all the things that we going to need before we can start our training. The training will be going to be for three years.
Next week when all the work related to the previous party and all were done we all started our training.
