(Avis P.O.V)
We all were talking with each other when we heard a lot of noise coming from another side of the door and we all turn to look at the door to see the girls entering the door shouting like a crazy person but
the one particular person who draws my attention the most is my beloved, my life Ankho who stopped at the middle of the room looking at me intently.
I saw my sister pushing her towards me while whispering something to her. She takes a long breath before walking towards me. She comes to me and throws a card in my lap but I just kept looking at her like a creep not taking my eyes off her face. A single strand comes in front of her face and I feel my hand urging to brush it away from its face but I control it not wanting to do anything that made her push me away from her. She brushes it away by herself and to my astonishment, she grabs the back of my neck and kissed me.
I stayed stunned for some seconds and kissed her back passionately while pulling her closer to me. Her lips were soft and delicious. When she kissed me I feel like the world stop and the whole world disappear around us and its only us as cheesy it as it’s sound but it's true and it was hard for me to control my self and take her to my room and make her mine. To my surprise, she kissed me with the same passion which makes it harder than before to control before. It was such a turn on for me and I can feel little Avis making its appearance.
She was the first one to pull back. Everyone started clapping and whooping. She hides her face in my chest to hide her embarrassment from others. I chuckled at her shyness. She hit my chest playfully and walk out of my arms to Erika and they all walked out of the hall but stop by a drunk tipsy drake.
“Hey, where is mine?”
“Come on don’t leave me hanging!” he said and I can feel my inner demon coming out and I growled at him making her blush.
“She is all mine, Drake! ” I growled at him. I read the card that she has tosed at my lap and chuckled at it.
“What, that’s it?” I teased throwing my hands in the air for more effects.“That’s all I will get?” I said and she blushes harder which makes my inner demon smile at satisfaction knowing the effects we have on her.
“Now that is the great bachelor party surprised,” Logan yelled and hollered until we are out of the party making us chuckled.
“What was that dude I have never seen you play like this before?” Louicious said walking towards us.
“Are you okay? Do you have a fever?” he asked putting his hand in my forehead. I jerk his hand away from my head.
“He has found his bride and the way he reacted from the kiss its looks like it was Ankho Erika’s friend. Isn’t it Avis?” Drake asks me and I nodded my head and clear my throat to stop myself from
blushing. They congratulate me one by one for finding my other half.
The party continues like before when I found that no one is paying attention at me I sneak out of the party and walk to the hall where Erika’s party was going on next to our party hall. I just stand near the open door looking at her enjoying the party laughing, dancing, drinking and having the fun with other girls and my sister.
I didn’t know Logan was standing behind me and looking at me watching them enjoying the party until I hear his voice call me.
“Here you are and I am finding you everywhere,” Logan said starling me.
“I just can’t able to take myself away from her. I just want her to always stay in front of my eyes sight knowing she is human and can get hurt very easily so that I know that she is safe .” I tell him still
looking at her with a smile.
“I can understand you very well my friend, I have felt the same when I find out that Erika is my mate. So how are you planning to tell her that she is your mate? ” he asks.
“I am planning to make her fall in love with me first and then to tell her and for that, I am going to need your guy’s help. Will you guys help me in it?” I ask him hoping that he and Erika will help me to get close to her.
He nodded at me and I can’t help myself but engulf him in a bear hug and he returns it with his own hug.
“Thank you, Thank you, thank you so much,” I said and I give him a smile. We both watch girls having fun for an hour and decided to go to our to have some sleep when we know that the girls decided to end the party and go back to their room to get sleep.
After having a shower I tried to sleep but failed. so I decided to take a small walk around the garden and see the wedding arrangements. When I walk out of the room an intoxicating smell of vanilla and
honey hit my nose and I know it directly belongs to Ankho and follows it. I walk out of the lobby following the smell of my bride and find her walking towards the garden in her nightgown and men I say
she looks sexy in it.
“Can’t able to sleep?” I ask her while walking closer to her.
“You scared me,” she said putting her hand to her heart to calm it down.
“Sorry. I didn’t want to scare you”
“It’s okay,” she said with a smile.
“What are you doing here at this time?” she asks me raising her eyebrow at me.
“I can ask you the same, it’s not safe for you to walk like this in the garden,” I said with a smirk.
“I know it’s just I can’t able to sleep, so I thought I will take a walk until it sleeps comes,” she said with a breathtaking smile and I feel my heart missed a beat.
“Same here”
“Mind if I take a walk with you,” I ask.
“Sure why not,” she said smiling.
“Since how long you know my sister,”
“Two to three years, she had been working under me, 2 to 3 years. As long as I remember she did not have a brother so when and how you guys meet each other.”
“I have met her at the beach near my house with others 3 months before she was there to enjoy the beach with her friends and I was there experimenting a spell with my friends as a school project.”
We keep talking like this about here and there while walking for some time with each other. Until I see her yawning. She looks so cute when she does that and it takes all in me not to pull her in my arms and kissed her senseless.
“I should go to sleep now and you too it's very late. Good night Avis sweet dreams” she said smiling and walked away. I also about to go back to my room when I see her handkerchief in the ground I pick it up and call her but it’s too late she was gone by that time.
I hold it close to my nose and its smell just like her. I thought I will give her back tomorrow until an idea pops up in my mind and I smiled at that thought. I walk back to my room with her handkerchief still in my hand with a plan in my mind to win her heart and go to sleep.
