ALAYNAThe bed is vast. The ceiling is high, the floor-to-ceiling windows are open and overlooking the city. The walls are bright, the furnishings smell new like wood. There’s a stunning pine tree mural on the wall. The bed is so white, as though inviting me to jump on it.
Finally, after so many months of longing, I can have Brandon Lucien all to myself. My breath is shallow, my heart pounding in excitement, and I can’t seem to take my eyes off him.
Slowly, Brandon takes off his wristwatch, then he moves over to me to unbutton my blouse. My buttocks touch the bed. He smiles in a heart-stopping way. He is just too beautiful; it makes me feel I don’t deserve all of him. His gray eyes are mesmerizing, his new short beard irresistible. Brandon bends and takes off my shoes. I should’ve gotten to the foot spa. I wonder what he’s thinking.
But I watch him continue. His eyes dart to the zipper of my white pants, and he unbuttons them as well. The anticipation is already killing me. After unzipping, he peels the pants off my legs. Fortunately, I chose the right underwear today. A white-lace string panty that barely covers my pussy.
“Beautiful pussy.” He runs his thumb over my clitoris over the thin fabric. With a simple word and gesture, my skin is already burning. He hooks his forefinger on the cloth and pushes the panties to the side. “This pussy is mine.”
He spreads my legs so he fits between my thighs and fervently brings his mouth to my cleft.
I moan hard. “Brandonnn...”His lips demanding, firm and slow over my fold, his tongue swirling on my clit hungrily, I’m already on edge. It isn’t enough that he grips my thighs and deepens his hold on my pussy.
“You smell so good,” he breathes. “You taste so good.”
My muscles tense in the most delightful fashion.
I grasp his hair as his tongue thrusts into my hole. He runs the tip up and down my slit. I moan so hard, like never before.
My stomach tightens and suddenly feels so full, and the tremors begin to build up. I’m going to come.
Brandon must’ve felt my surge; he suddenly stops and brings his mouth to mine. He kisses me feverishly, letting me taste my own flavor. “Not yet.”
He lays me on top of the bed and crawls after me. He then unbuckles his belt and unzips his trousers. My stomach flips when his gorgeous cock springs free.
He pulls me against his hips, and I feel his erection languorously push into me.
I can hardly contain the pleasure in my womb. It feels so full and so familiar. Holding on to his biceps, squeezing his muscles there, I move to cup his face and intently watch his beautiful expression as he rams into me.
The sight of him on his knees in front of me, his shaft filling me, and his ripped torso facing me are arousing me even more, making me fall for him so deeply that I promise myself I’m keeping this man with me forever.
Our eyes remain locked as he makes love to me, scorching me with his gray eyes. I glide my hands on his still clothed chest, feeling his muscles on my fingertips. I just can’t look away, savoring our bodies’ harmony and feeding myself with thoughts of being the luckiest woman alive.
Brandon leans forward, kissing me, his tongue and lips coaxing mine, still ramming me deliciously. “I’m never letting you go,” his voice soft and sensual. And then his eyes are on mine again.
My body is on fire. I’m too hot, thoroughly fucked, my clitoris throbbing, and I’m clawing the sheets beneath me. We’ve been entangled for a while when his steady pace begins to hasten. He hoists me up so I’m sitting on his lap and slams into me upward, plunging intensely into my deepest root.
“Ahh...”Brandon moves his hand down to my waist and eases me as I come down from my orgasm. He then slows his pace as he rides his own.
“You’re soaking wet,” he says breathlessly, panting. He pulls out of me and rises from the bed.
I smile at him, biting my lip. “That was extraordinary. As always.” I can feel his cum dripping down my folds. He’s just so heavenly.
He laughs softly. “Mm. Wait for me here. I’m not finished with you.” I watch his backside as he walks to the bathroom.
I lie on my back and stare at the ceiling, giggling as I anticipate what more is in store for me.
***
I end up craving food after being bent over each corner of the penthouse, fucking, and riding each other, relieving every tension and moment we’ve ever lost over a couple of hours. Brandon was supposed to take me somewhere fancy, but I’m too tired and sore to even move, so he agrees to have dinner at the Australian steak-house restaurant across the building.
This simple romantic dinner turns out to be what I’ve always wanted. John is very keen on following his boss’s instructions and brought me a casual pink Valentino blouse, jeans, and fresh lingerie I can put on tonight.
I’m thrilled at the thought of finally having a normal relationship with him. An outdoor date in a restaurant without worrying that someone might shoot us dead on the street. After all, this is what I always wanted with him, and I have waited for it to happen. It’s all worth it.
“Move in with me, Alayna,” he suddenly says in the middle of our dinner.
I almost choke on my wine. “Are you serious?”
His expression doesn’t falter. “I am.”
“But you’re still leaving whenever you need to, right?”
“Whenever I’m here, then.”
“You see, this is not about being traditional or anything.” I eat a piece of my steak. “But you know that I live with Mom and my siblings now. I don’t think she’ll let me move in with you when you’ve just come back.”
“I know. You’re right.” He sighs sharply. “But I want you to think about it. You can still live with them while I’m away.”
“I don’t have to think about it because I want to, Brandon.”
He smiles. “But we need to talk to your mother properly, yes.”
“She’s just being the typical mother, you know, and I love her so much that I want her full approval of us.”
“I understand because I want that too. I guess I need to be ready.” Brandon smiles, brushing his thumb on my chin. “Anyway, what would you like to do tomorrow?”
“Besides spending the entire day in the restaurant?” I shrug. “I want to rest.”
He stares at me with a touch of discontent. “Come on, Alayna. It won’t hurt if you skip a day.”
“You’re a bad influence. I really can’t. Saturdays and Sundays are hectic days. Life in the restaurant.”
Brandon finishes the last portion of steak on his plate and wipes his mouth. “How about you come with me tomorrow night?”
I frown. “Where?”
“Actually, news flies fast. A friend of Oliver’s invited me to an art-exhibit anniversary party tomorrow.”
“Fast indeed. You’ve only been here for twenty-four hours, and people already know. Which friend?” I recall some friends of Ollie I met when we resided here.
“Matteo Ricci. We met twice in New York. He’s also Oliver’s friend from Princeton, but the art exhibit is his sister’s.”
“Oh, I know Matt and his sister. Emilia, right? I first met the siblings when Oliver invited them to the restaurant’s opening. Sometimes, he also comes to the restaurant for dinner. Sure, I’m coming.”
“The party starts at seven, so I’ll pick you up at six.”
“Six then.” I reach out, grab his hand and draw it to my lips. “You were really amazing today.”
“Fine.” A smile curves on the sides of his lips. “I’m not letting you go tonight.”
“Excuse me?” a waiter suddenly interrupts us, and he’s holding a huge bouquet of red roses. “Are you Miss Alayna Hart?”
I frown. “I am. Why?”
“This is for you, ma’am.” The waiter smiles and hands me the bouquet.
I take it and smile back. “Thank you.” I touch the flowers. “Brandon did you—God, they are so beautiful. I love it.” I gaze at him, but his eyes have darkened.
“These aren’t from me,” he says grimly.
“What?” I scowl and move the petals aside carefully to check if there’s a note, but there isn’t.
“Excuse me?” Brandon calls the waiter. “Who sent these?”
“It’s, uh, from a man in a hood outside, sir.” He points to the door, but I don’t see anyone. I stare back at the flowers again.
Brendon’s eyes narrow. “Do you have any secret admirer I don’t know about?”
“I... I don’t know. This is the first time I ever received something.”
“But he knows your name.”
I cringe. I look again outside and scan every corner, and then my eyes stop right at the figure of a man in a black hood across the road. He lifts his hood to reveal his face, and I know exactly who he is. He smirks at me, and it’s like a sharp object stabs my chest. Chills run down my spine, and the blood drains from my body.
Suddenly, a black convertible car stops in front of him; the driver emerges and opens the door for him, and he’s gone.
“Alayna?” Brandon calls.
I hold my breath as I prick my finger with the thorns and bleed. “Ah...”
“Hey... what’s wrong?” He cups my face. “Hmm?”
“He’s here...” I start to tremble.
“Who are you talking about?”
“He... he found me...” I whisper.
Brandon springs up, bends on his knees in front of me, holds my bleeding finger, and speaks to the waiter again. People are already watching. “Do you have first aid?” he asks, his voice tense but trying to remain calm.
“Yes, right away, sir.” The waiter hurries away.
“Alayna?” He tucks my hair behind my ears and holds my face between his hands. “What’s wrong?”
“Drake...”He scowls. “What?”
“He found me... Drake....” I wrap my arms around his neck and cry in horror. “It’s him...”
He curses under his breath. “Are you sure?”
I nod.
The waiter comes rushing with first aid, and Brandon asks him to take the flowers away. He cleans my small but deep wound with alcohol and antiseptic, then covers it with a bandage. He then grabs my purse and pulls me up, and we leave the restaurant.
I suddenly feel cold, and my chest feels heavy.
He embraces me and kisses my shoulder as soon as we’re in his car. “Shh... It’s okay. I’m here. You’re not alone anymore.”
I lift my head, and he touches my face. His thumb traces my eyes and wipes my tears.
“Please, Brandon... I didn’t want him to find me, but he’s here... He knows where I am.”
“What did he really do to you?” he asks almost pleadingly. “I can see you’re still afraid of him.”
I shake my head and embrace him again like a lost child. “I don’t know what to do,” I sob hard. “I know him. He’s not going to stop now, but I’m so tired of running.”
“Then don’t,” he whispers. “Whatever this takes, we’ll figure this out, and we will face it. Together...”
