My Mate Has Two Wolves

Chapter 482

Ch. 482 / 530 May 01, 2026

Third Person's POV

The bodyguard immediately called Leo to report that Olivia had been found.

When Olivia was brought back to the villa, Blake and Leo were already there.

Both had handsome features, but their faces were now clouded with gloom and anger, clearly furious at being deceived.

Olivia looked at the two brothers, her guilt intensifying, but thinking of her daughter's safety, she forced it down.

"Olivia, why did you run?" Blake asked coldly.

Olivia, unlike before, was not in a panic. She looked up and met their eyes: "I'm still afraid of being sent to the police station."

"Afraid of death?" Leo sneered.

"Who isn't afraid of death? Moreover, I have indeed committed a capital offense," Olivia said surprisingly calm, her tone clear and logical.

"Capital offense?" Leo's face changed dramatically.

Olivia, seeing the cold expressions of the two, gave a self-mocking smile. "I'm just too tired of living this life. Maybe death would be a relief. Leo, thank you for taking care of me and my daughter."

"Your daughter?" Leo went cold, staring at her, "What do you mean by that?"

Olivia was fearless, just a slight smile. "Sunny is my daughter. In fact, I've been lying all along—it was me who killed your father. I wanted my daughter to live a good life, so I pinned the blame on Richard. I thought that as long as I wasn't the killer and Sunny had no relation with me, you two could fall in love and get married smoothly."

"What are you saying?" Leo's face turned pale, his eyes blazing with murderous intent.

"Leo, calm down!" Blake held Leo's trembling arm, trying to soothe him.

"Did you hear that? Sunny is her daughter! We've been toyed with by this mother and daughter!" Leo felt like the biggest fool in the world. The humiliation was worse than death.

Blake, however, remained calm, noticing Olivia's unusually placid demeanor—a numbness as if she was ready to die and had no attachment to life.

"You say Sunny is your daughter, then where is she? Bring her out to speak with my brother face to face," Blake said icily.

"She... she's gone. After learning the truth, she couldn't accept it—that her mother killed her boyfriend's father. It was too much. She's ashamed to face Leo again, so she ran away," Olivia fabricated lies.

"Wants to run? She can run to the ends of the earth, but she can't escape the sin in her blood!"

Leo was almost frantic. The woman he once deeply loved left without a word. Those vows of "never parting" had all become jokes.

Blake closely watched Olivia's evasive eyes, intuiting that something was wrong: "Where did Sunny run to? Can you contact her? Let her explain to Leo herself. She wouldn't refuse to say a word, would she?"

This questioning pushed Olivia to the brink of collapse. She stumbled back, shouting shrilly, "Why won't you believe me? I'm a murderer, a criminal! Why don't you arrest me?"

"If you're truly the killer, I won't let you off. But where's the evidence? Are you telling the truth, or is someone forcing you to lie?" Blake wasn't swayed by emotions. He was used to relying on his own judgment to uncover the truth.

"Absurd! Why would I lie? I'm confessing, yet you won't believe me? Don't you want to avenge your father?" Olivia was anxious—she was eager to take the blame to save her daughter but was being doubted.

"Olivia, I won't send you to the police station unless you let Sunny explain. I'll investigate your claim of being the murderer..."

"If the truth could be found, you would have exonerated him long ago! I was the one who drugged your father, forcing him to divorce and marry me. When he refused, I killed him in a fit of rage! That's the truth!" Olivia desperately lied, her eyes reddening with urgency.

"You wicked woman..." Leo was consumed with rage.

"Yes, I'm wicked! Arrest me! Being kept here like a dog, I'd rather be dead!" Olivia pretended to be reckless.

"She must pay for this!" Leo, losing all reason, was almost out of control with the thought that Sunny was this woman's daughter.

"I don't believe it. Richard is more suspicious in father's death. Are you being threatened by him to take the blame for him?" Blake analyzed calmly.

At this, Leo was stunned and abruptly turned to Olivia. "Where's Sunny?"

Olivia's face drained of color as she stumbled back and fell to the ground, her face filled with terror and despair.

"Did he discover Sunny's identity and kidnap her?" Leo suddenly calmed down, linking Sunny's disappearance to Olivia's abnormal behavior.

"No! She's just..."

"Bring her out. As long as I see her, I'll send you to the police station immediately," Leo said with piercing eyes and an unyielding tone.

Olivia looked at the two brothers in terror. She had heard that Blake was a very astute man with a sharp mind. Having never dealt with him before, Olivia didn't believe it.

But now, she was truly frightened by their suspicion.

"Sunny is my daughter, and I care for her more than you do. Leo, I hope you will stop seeing her. You two aren't suited for each other. Let her go," Olivia quickly changed the subject, trying to force Leo to break up with her daughter.

"If you want us to break up, fine. Bring her here, and I'll break up with her right now. I promise to make both of you give up," Leo said, his gaze still locked on Olivia. His voice sounded cold, yet there was an edge of urgency.
