Dimple's POV
Karan dropped me at home and left, I walked up to the door and found that Arav was standing at the door, glaring in the direction of Karan's Car that had already left. I rubbed my forehead and stood in front of him.
“ You are awake, I thought you would be sleeping right now,” I said, while his gaze moved to me.
“ That was Karan's car, right? ” he asked coldly while I nodded.
“ What were you doing with him, why did you come out from his car, why.. "
“ Hold on, don't be too jealous, okay, we just met at the grocery shop and he gave a lift to me, that's it ” I cut him off while his expression darkened even more.
“ Why did you take a lift from him? You should have asked me, I would have taken you wherever you want to go, and in the first place, why did you go to the grocery shop alone? Why didn't you wake me and tell me what you want, I would have brought it, You shouldn't do it yourself ”
His face was full of questions, but as Karan said, I could see the jealousy in his face, so I smiled, I didn't want to waste my words in answering his meaningless question, so I came to the main point
“ Arav, let's get married ”
“ No, this is not it, you should have asked me, why did you go alone, wait, what did you say? ” he said as he looked up at me with stunned eyes. I laughed and said
“ I said, Arav, let's get married ”
After that day, we hadn't discussed this matter again, and Arav didn't want to pressure me so he didn't discuss this matter too, we both left our relationship on fate for some days and wanted to cherish the moment and think less of the future, but after talking to Karan, I finally decided no matter what, it was the time when I should think about my happiness, and that was with Arav, it was enough of caring about others, it was the time when I should care about me. So, now, I was ready.
“ Say it again,” he said looking deeply at me.
“ Let's get married ”
I replied while he picked me up in the air and circled the whole room while screaming with happiness
“ Oh, Dimple, you don't know what gift you have given me today, I'm so happy, now we will finally be a legal couple and no one would separate us again. ”
After wandering around the whole room while picking me up, he finally put me down and said
“ I'm going to take divorce paper from my lawyer and talk to Twinkle about alimony, I'll give anything she wants except for me, and then we will get married, okay, ” he said while breathing heavily while I nodded.
Arav's POV
The next day, I woke up early and after dressing up, I was going to meet my lawyer, but as soon as I opened the door, I got a hard slap from the stick, the stick that I was familiar with, it was my grandpa's stick. I looked up at him angrily.
“ Grandpa, what is it? ”
I yelled out of frustration meanwhile Dimple also walked up to us.
“ You brat, you really want me to beat you to death, what the fuck are you doing here, huh, leaving your wife alone at home and... ” he paused and looked at Dimple while pursing his lips.
“ Grandpa, there are many things you don't know about, so it would be better if you stay away from it,” I said coldly while he again beat me with his stick, I glared at him coldly while he yelled
“ I tolerated your all mistakes before marriage but didn't you promise me that you will never cheat your wife, huh, now you are planning to divorce your pregnant wife for another girl, do you want to disgrace our family name ?”
“ Hahaha, so that bitch even bewitched you by telling that she is pregnant with two months, huh, didn't expect her to be that shameless, does she think she can lie forever, huh ” I shouted while laughing.
“ Two months? You don't even know about your personal life with your wife, what brat I have got in my life, ” he cursed me and then added
“ Twinkle, come in and show the report to this son of a bitch ”
I and Dimple glanced at each other while Twinkle entered our home with a faint smile on her face and threw a medical report to me. I opened it and read it carefully, it stated that she was pregnant for one week.
“ How, how could it be, it's impossible, it can't be like this ” I almost fainted after seeing the report.
“ How can it be possible? Are you indirectly telling me that you can't be a father, huh? ” He said coldly while I looked at Twinkle
“ You are lying again, right? ”
“ Oh come on, Arav, you are behaving as if you didn't sleep with me, do you forget how you tortured me that night, or do you want me to remind you everything in front of other people that... ”
“ Shut up you bitch ”
I yelled and then looked up at Dimple who was glaring at the medical reports, she then looked at me with indifferent eyes and ran away from me.
“ Dimple... ”
I called her back but she didn't listen to me, I tried to chase her but grandpa held my hands forcefully.
“ What.. ” I glared at him.
“ Go back to your home, and take good care of your wife and child ” he replied.
“ Taking care of this bitch, probably in her dream ”, I sneered while he clenched his fists.
“ Then what are you up to,” he asked while raising his eyebrows.
“ I'll divorce her and marry Dimple,” I said firmly.
“ You.. ”
Both Twinkle and Grandpa sneered at me. Grandpa then sighed and said,
“ What about your child? ” he asked.
“ I'll raise him with Dimple, I'm sure she will raise him better than this disgusting woman ” I replied.
“ And you think I would let you having his custody,” she said while pursing her lips.
“ Then keep him with you, I can have more with Dimple ” I replied firmly while she sneered and then approached grandpa with her crocodile's tear
“ See Grandpa, how is he behaving, he neither cares about me nor his child, your heir ”
“ Arav, I'm giving you two options now, either come back home and live peacefully with your wife and child or give up all your property to your wife and divorce her then do whatever you want, ” he said while curling up his lips, he thought I will not give up all my property because this is what I wanted since a long time, but I looked up at him with deep eyes and said
“ I'll choose the second option ”
“ You.. You can even give up all your property only for a woman? ”
grandpa spoke with frowned eyes while Twinkle's expression also darkened. She blurted out
“ Grandpa what are you saying, I don't want his money, I want him ”
Grandpa sighed and said, “ I know this brat better than anyone, if he is determined to divorce you, no one can stop him, so it's better for you to take his property and raise your child well after all this child is my heir and I want him to give everything I have, ”
He then looked up at me and said, “ From now on, there is no relationship between us, I'll raise this child as my heir and will never care about you, just do what you want, tomorrow I'll be waiting for you in the court, come on time and give up all you have and divorce her, then you are free to marry any woman ”
I nodded and then looked up at Twinkle, she was neither looking happy nor sad, maybe she was in a daze because her plan didn't work, she approached grandpa as she thought he can control me but in the end, even he couldn't change my mind, but she was not sad as she was gaining a big company from me, what if she couldn't get the man she wanted, she was still achieving a treasure and it all happened because of my one mistake, one night with her and I loose my all heritage.
