Dimple's POV
I didn't know since when I was sleeping. I woke up only after listening to the doorbell.
I opened the door and found Arav standing there, only then I recalled what happened to me before falling asleep. I frowned while looking at the file in his hands
“ No, this can't be true, please tell me that you didn't divorce Twinkle. Say something Arav... ” I cried while he held my cheeks and said
“ I can't lie to you, Dimple. I divorced her, ”
“ What!! No, you shouldn't have done this, Arav, it's all my fault, if it weren't for me, you wouldn't have done this, I'm guilty of everything, ” I can't help blaming myself as I was responsible for their divorce when they were expecting a child. How could I let it happen, meanwhile, I saw Grandpa, he sighed as he moved his hands to my hair and said,

“Sometimes I have to remind you that you are grown up, Arav, don't behave like Reyansh, ah, sweetheart, Momma is fine, we were just playing a game.. ” said Dimple while Reyansh jumped to the bed, only then he looked at Arav, saying, “ I knock before going to elder's room but grandpa says that your worst than a kid, and it is your room so...”

“ Arav, you... ”
“ Sorry, sorry, I wasn't mean it.. ”
“ You are such a... This is how a father should behave in front of his kid, huh, how could you... ”
“ Sorry, I said sorry, And you, what are you giggling for, go back to your room, ” Arav said to Reyansh who was laughing while seeing his mother scolding his Dad.
“ No, I'll not go back. Grandpa told me to not let you sleep with mommy otherwise my property will become half, ”

Both Dimple and Arav become speechless.
“ Seems like I have to forbid the old man to visit you, what the hell is he teaching you... ” Arav said while rubbing his forehead.
“ Both of you are the same, teaching bad things to my son, huh ” Dimple pouted.
“ Mommy, tonight I'll sleep with you, ” Reyansh said innocently while Arav looked at him coldly.
“ How old are you? Go back to your room and sleep, ”
“ How old are you, Dad? You are older than me yet sleeping with my Mommy, why don't you sleep alone? ”
“ You... ”
Dimple laughed at them while Reyansh pouted, “ Momma, please tell me a story.. ”
“ Tonight, Daddy will tell you a story, come with me, you little rascal.. ” said Arav while pulling him from Dimple's lap and coming out.
“ No, I want mommy... Mommy save me, please.. ”
“ Hahaha... Arav, don't forget to behave like a FATHER, understand.. ” she yelled whereas they have already left. She can't help smiling after thinking about this father and son.
After few minutes, he comes back and kisses her while taking off his shirt.
“ Please tell me that you didn't scare our son, ” she said while he curled up his lips,
“ Come on, I just fulfilled his wish, I tell him a story.. ” he paused
“ From Stephen King, ” he added while winking
“ You... ”
“ He is a Kid, Arav, How could you tell horror stories to a four years old,” said Dimple.
“ How about giving this kid a company, a sister, or a brother? ” he groaned by ignoring her words.
“ Oh, you mean, dividing his property, hahaha, ”
“ This old man will never let me live peacefully, ”
“ I think all the males of your Singhaniya family are the same, he is raising Reyansh just like he raised you, ” she said
“ And that's why we need a little Dimple, ” he whispered while placing the pillow under her waist.
The lights were switched off but the darkness in their lives had been long gone, now there was only a bright future waiting for them.
