Louisa Unchained

Chapter 120

Ch. 120 / 262 Apr 29, 2026

  Louisa's POV

Lucian looked at me with confusion and replied, "It's Cocotini. Coconut juice and Martini."

"Does Martini mean... Alcohol?" I covered my mouth and asked.

He frowned and said, "Yeah. It's five o'clock already and you're already 22."

  No way!

I put the glass back on the table and tried to rush out. Lucian stopped me by grabbing my arm.

  "What happened?" he asked.

"I... I've got to go to the lavatory! I need to get alcohol out of my system..." I panicked.

  "Why?" Lucian looked muddled.

"I... I can't drink alcohol! I don't handle drinking well... I can't control myself when I'm drunk..." I realized that my speech started to get stuttered.

"Don't be delusional. You've just taken a small sip." He looked at me and said.

"No, Lucian... You don't know... I can't... I don't..." I was trying to explain to him that I couldn't drink any kind of alcohol at all. But then, the rush of adrenaline kicked in and I started to get into an ecstatic and delirious state.

I pushed Lucian away and grabbed a glass of drink from the refreshment table.

"What are you doing, Louisa?" Lucian seemed to realize that this whole situation was about to go south.

  But it was too late.

"I'm picking up a glass of drink..." I giggled and poured everything in the glass into my mouth. Then, I wiped my mouth and smirked, "Opps. Now the drink is gone and I'm just holding a glass!"

Will looked at me with a scared look on his face.

"What happened to her? Is she going mad?" He said in a terrified voice.

"I'm not going mad," I said, walking towards the wine table, being tipsy and demented, "I'm just going to get another drinnnnnnnk!"

Lucian tried to stop me from getting another drink, but I held the edge of the table and wouldn't let go.

He obviously couldn't afford to flip the whole table of glasses and drinks, so he apologized to people who were staring at us and took another glass of wine in his hands.

"Come with me, Louisa. Why don't we have a drink in the booth," he said.

"You want to... take me to the booth and have some private time... with me?" I couldn't feel my tongue, but Lucian's offer sounded very tempting.

"Yes, I'm asking you to come with me," he said.

"Whyyyy?" I dragged my voice and asked, falling all over the place. "You've already got a wife. So why do you want me to drink with you in a booth?"

More people stopped by and looked at us.

I felt even more feverish. So I climbed up to the wine table and said, "Ladies and gentlemen! You look soooooo gorgeous today! I like the dresses, jewels, hats and wigs you're wearing. They look soooooo gooooood on you!"

An old woman with a chiffon veil covered his heart as if she was going to have a stroke and asked the young man standing next to him, "Is she going to rob us?"

  "No, Ma'am. I guess she's just drunk."

The old woman tried to process this piece of abnormal information and said, "Well, in that case, that servant girl's deviating the path of righteousness."

The young man waved his hands as a fan next to that old woman and said, "Do you need to take your seat, Mrs. McNeill? You look pale."

"Of course not," That old woman said, "Last time I saw an astray girl like this was seventy years ago. I would like to see how this is going to end."

People in the lobby were roaring with laughter.

I raised my voice and said, "Ladies and gentlemen! I would like to make an announcement! Listen. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you're all going to die! And by that time, none of your dresses, jewels, hats, and wigs will be yours anymore. I will take away all your belongings and spit on your graves, and you can't do anything about it! Haha! Haha!"

The laughter died out. The room became awkwardly silent.

Alpine walked up to Lucian and said in a low voice, "Beta Lucian if you don't want to take care of this situation, could I..."

Lucian didn't say anything. He looked quite aloof. It seemed that he wasn't bothered at all by my absurd shenanigan.

Then, I spotted Lucas in the crowd.

As soon as he lifted his head and saw me, he narrowed his eyes.

"What the fuck are you doing up there?" he asked.

"I'm having the time of my life and it's none of your fucking business! You can go fuck yourself tonight in your tent because I'm going to fuck someone else!" I imitated his voice and ended my heroic utterance with a burp.

That old woman with a chiffon veil passed out as soon as I finished my burp.

The young man was exclaiming. People coming from different directions gathered next to her. Men were shouting. Women were crying. There was such a chaotic mess.

Lucas didn't even bother. He stared at me and said, "Come down from the fucking table right now."

"Nope. I enjoy this vantage point. The air smells way better up here without you." I looked down at him and said.

"Fuck, Louisa. Come down right now! Don't make me go up there and get you!" Lucas looked as if he was on the verge of an explosion.

"You have to apologize first." I talked to him through my nostrils.

"What the fuck are you talking about?!"

"You've heard me. Apologize." I pouted and leered at him.

"Apolo... Fuck! For what?!" He grabbed his hair and shouted.

"For being an asshole and being mean to me."

"You..." Lucas was just about to blow a fuse, but he suddenly stopped.

His sight dropped on a tall and slender man who was walking into the lobby.

"Hey! Look who's here! Alpha Zackery!" I tittered and waved at him. "Come here and join us! Lucas is about to apologize to me for being an asshole!"

Alpha Zackery looked around the room and it took a few seconds to conceptualize what was going on.

Then, he walked towards me, looking amused.

"Really? I know auctions can be quite dramatic, but this is definitely something new. I have never heard Lucas apologizing to anyone and it'll be good entertainment before the stormy auction." Alpha Zackery said, grinning like a Cheshire cat.
