I couldn't believe I lost my alpha to that bitch, Elizabeth. She was a vampire and didn't deserve him. That was why, when I saw her with a man at the café, I immediately went to tell the alpha. However, her secret as a vampire was revealed on my way there, so I didn't. I thought the alpha would kick her out, but they accepted her! How could they?! She was a liar and a fucking leech. I was sure she did something to them.
I was at a club with my friends, drinking my problems away after hearing that tomorrow was the leech's Luna ceremony. My eyes met with a good-looking man at the bar. He had sharp features and was desirable. I winked at him, and he approached me, his stride long and confident.
" Hi, I'm Princeton," he said as he sat next to me. My eyes widened when I recognized him. It was the man who kissed Elizabeth last time!
" Hello," I breathed.
He smiled at me like a devil. Oh, he was up to no good.
" You recognize me, don't you, sweetheart?" he whispered in my ear. His voice sent shivers down my spine.
" You were with that bitch Elizabeth," I spat. His eyes flashed blood-red, and I gasped, moving away, but he pulled me back and grinned. I then saw his fangs. He was a vampire.
" If your eyes glaze over the mind link, I will pluck them out," his voice was calm, yet the threat in it held meaning and promise.
" W- what do you want from me?" my voice quivered.
" I want you to be my messenger, and you can get a reward," he answered.
" What do you mean?"
" You see, my fiancé is here, and she is refusing to come home with me, so I want you to help me make that happen."
" Why would I help you? I don't even know you."
" I know you. I've been doing my investigation. You are Liace Yule and future Luna of the Golden Stone pack," he said confidently. I sighed after he released me. It was like he knew I wouldn't run or mind link for guards.
" Well, that ship has sailed. My alpha picked another," I told him bitterly. He tilted my chin up so that I'd face him. His touch was cold and familiar to me. Princeton smiled, a bright lovely smile.
" Your alpha's mate is my fiancé, and if you help me carry out my plan. Maybe he can cry in your arms, and you can snake your way into his bed and then his office,"
My heart was pounding against my chest. " What can I do?" I was determined to bring Elizabeth down. She embarrassed me on several occasions, and it was time for payback. Even if it meant working with the species I despised most.
" Just present this document to your father. He's a general, right?" he asked. How did he know that? This guy was so creepy. Shame, because he was so hot. What do they see in Elizabeth? She didn't even have an ass.
" Y- yes,"
" Wonderful," he beamed.
I went home that night with an envelope thick with documents. For a moment, I hesitated about giving it to my father. What was in here? Was this real or false evidence?
I stood by the door, pondering when Princeton's voice sounded in my ear.
" Having second thoughts, love?" I jumped a foot in the air.
" What are you doing here? And how did you get to the property!" I demanded. My house was heavily secured because of my father's position, yet this man just walked freely.
" I can get into many rooms undetected. It's my special talent," he winked. Oh, goddess, why is he so alluring?
" I spent months falsifying that to make it indisputable. Imagine if you threw it away. I'd have no choice but to kill you and your entire bloodline. You know what, I'll give the general myself," he said and entered the house. I was stupefied.
" General Yule!" I heard him call.
Elizabeth.
I was so excited about my Luna ceremony. I was wearing a floor-length gown that was fitted. It was simple but elegant. My hair was styled in a neat bun, and my makeup was perfect. I didn't want to go overboard with anything, especially since not everyone accepted me.
It had been a couple of harsh weeks, and even though it affected me, I made sure to handle every situation with grace.
" My Luna! You look so beautiful!" Tonga smiled.
" Indeed," Yorna added. They were the ones helping me get ready for my big day because the stylists we booked suddenly " had a crisis".
Tonga, Athena, and Yorna have been by my side through it all, and I was grateful for their support. I was just shocked to learn that Yorna knew the truth all along!
" Also, you'd be pleased to hear that the comments you're getting are not as harsh," Yorna informed me. I knew they were working hard to campaign for me and fight off all the haters.

The door to my room opened, and the former Luna walked in. She was smiling from ear to ear, looking beautiful in her gown.
" Elizabeth, sweetheart, you look beautiful."
" Thank you," I smiled. The girls left the room to give us privacy.
" How do you feel?" she asked.
" It's nerve-wracking," I admitted.
" I understand, but once the main ceremony is over. You will feel much better."
The Luna gave me a small wrapped box.
" What is it," I smiled, opening it. Inside there was a necklace and a diamond ring that had the Chasia insignia. I'm brought to tears as I look at these lovely gifts.
"They are lovely."
" It was given to me by my husband on the day of my Luna ceremony. It belongs to the Lunas of the pack. It symbolizes your loyalty, commitment, and the responsibility you carry towards not only the pack but the family as well. I thought it is only right that you have it," she gently wiped my tears with her fingers, and kissed my cheek,
" Welcome to the pack, Elizabeth,"
A sob escapes me, and I wrap my arms around her. We pulled away when Riley and Selena walked in.
" This is nice. Snap a picture," Riley said. I wiped my tears again and stood close to Caliana as the two women took pictures on their phones.
" These are gorgeous. I'm sending them to the family chat," Selena murmured.
It was time to head downstairs and then go to the venue. The ceremony will be happening at a hotel, and then later, there will be a party.
We were in the foyer, when suddenly the doors burst open, and a tall, thin bald man walked in. Behind him were ... Liace, that bitch, and two older men. They were angry and glaring at me.
" General Yule!" Luna Caliana exclaimed.
" I'm sorry for barging in the way I did, my Luna! But that woman is a liar!" he shouted.
" Mr. Yule, watch your words," Caliana growled. I exchanged glances with Tonga and Yorna, but they all seemed dumbfounded as I was.
" Luna Caliana, she is engaged to a vampire, and they are working together to take down this pack,"
My heart sunk into my stomach after the other man's words.
" Engaged?" Athena scoffed. " Are you doing this because your daughter now has zero chances of becoming Luna of the pack?"
" No, my dear. We have evidence. Emails, photos, conversations, and so much," Mr Yule boasted, lifting a large brown envelope.
Within a few minutes, my mate, who looked dashing by the way rushed to my side, followed by his father and uncles. The whole family was there.
" Why are you making accusations against my mate," Aerys growled at the men.
" They are not from without. She is working against this pack with her fiancé whom she met up with a month ago," another older general said. Aerys glanced at me for a second.
" Fiance?" he murmured.
" Explain, Mr. Yule," Alpha Edward growled.
" Well, my daughter saw her with a male at a café. She was there with her friends whom I brought as witnesses." My eyes went to the bimbos.
" They seemed so close, so I went to get the footage, and indeed, it was the vampire and a man named Princeton in an intimate exchange,"
I was stunned to utter a word. My heart was racing in my chest at all this accusation.
" Also, the man came to the general's house last night and confessed to me their evil plan and handed in the evidence," spat one of the older men with Mr Yule.
