Avery P.O.V.
Now that I started walking toward the back of my house. I saw it was dark, and there was no one outside. I wondered if they already partied without me earlier when I was back at the shred.
I would have been there at my party if it wasn't for Andrew following me and stalking me. So, now I don't have a party. Thanks! I thought in my head, angry at the crazy weirdo. Why can't he disappear and leave me alone? I was walking closer towards my house when I was thinking, what if he hurt them and what if they killed him too. Oh, God, I can't have that on my conscience if they got injured or killed all three.
I want to go back there and see if they are okay.
I am trying not to think about them. But I need to go forward. I know Elijah and Jake can take care of themself. I know they can fight. I saw them get in school fights and on the football field when someone on the other side when they do something sneaky and dirty and cheated in a game.
But my feet were moving closer and closer towards my backyard where my pool was at, and I was supposed to have a birthday party, but now everyone had left and no party! I want to wring Andrew's neck, what asshole. Why did I not have to worry about him bullying and hurting me anymore? What if before I had a thought about Andrew leaving me alone forever again? I heard my name; someone yelled out. So, I walked closer.
"Avery!" I kept hearing the voice speaking my name, and I was coming closer and closer. When I stop, I see the dark deck, and I can see there is no noise and lights are off. When I got closer to the pool. I saw a bright light, and I heard some noise.
"SURPRISED!!!" My parents, friends, and everyone on the deck were smiling at me.
"Happy Birthday, sweetheart," I heard my parents say, and my mother started walking towards me. She hugged me, and I saw my father walking up to me and giving me his big teddy bear hug.
"Thank you, Mom and Dad," I tell them, hugging them back with a fake smile on my face. I am not thinking about my party but what just happened a couple of minutes ago with the guys and Andrew. I need to make sure to tell and ask my mother why Andrew is here.
So, after I hugged my parents and went over to the guest and my friends and talked to them and thanked them for being there. Wow, my parents' way out for this part of my birthday. They had a food field full of tables, and the pool had streams of lights coming off the deck inside the pool when people were swimming and enjoying the water.
I saw the decoration. They were beautiful, and I loved the colors of cream, grey, and light pink, all my favorite colors, and I started staring around when I saw people from different packs. So, I wanted to greet them. I saw a young girl whose smile was bright, and she was walking up towards me.
"Hi, Avery. My name is Abigail; you can call me Abbi." She was talking to me and looked very young, maybe a freshman.
"Abbi, thank you for coming to my party." I gave her a little smile.
"Will, you excess me for a minute. I'll be right back." I told her, and I start walking away from her.
I need to clear my head, and I need to watch around me. If I keep my guard down, that's when he attacks me. So, I got my back towards the table to see if they were coming after me.
I know when I see them coming. I was drinking my punch when Ashely suddenly approached me, grabbed me, and pulled me onto the dance floor. I try to be stiff, scared, and nervous around my friends when they want to dance.
"Oh, hey, girl! It's your birthday bitch!" I heard Ashely yell out, and I was trying not to blush and look embarrassed when she acted like a crazy woman. I wanted her to stop it because everyone was staring over at us. I looked over and saw him...
But then I looked back over again. He wasn't there. It was like he was never there. So,
I shook my head and started looking around again.
"Avery, lighten up, girl." I heard Natalie say with a laugh in her voice, and she started dancing in the circle we made out on the makeshift dance floor on the deck.
So, I started moving my body side to side when I heard my best friend say, "Lighten up, girl." Her words, not mine. I start having fun and a smile on my face, and we all are laughing and dancing on the floor. When I wasn't paying attention behind me, I felt two heavy bodies behind me on both sides and started moving back and forth.
Then I felt one of their hands rubbing up and down on my arms and up again towards my neck. I felt the fingertips pull up my chin, and the person turned me around towards him. I saw his eyes on my face and Elijah Woods giving me heated glee and what he was doing with his expression, giving me a hot and wet feeling down between my legs. I need something to help me. I feel like my stomach starts to hurt with the pain between my thighs.
"Oh, baby girl. You naughty girl." I heard him chuckle, and I felt his nose on my neck, and he was sniffing me. I closed my eyes, and I opened my eyes back up. I saw Jake on the other side of my body now. He was in front of me, and he kept dancing on top of me.
What? Umm... huh... how? I thought about how I get away from my friends. Didn't I like dancing with them on the dance floor in the middle? I am confused and wondering how I got away from them.
Now, I am looking away, and I don't see my friends until I see them on the other side of the yard where Ashely is in Jayson's arms, and they are kissing.
Oh, okay, I thought if she wanted to go make out with Jayson Woods, Elijah Woods's cousin, and then I looked over and saw Natalie in the same petition when Eli Wallace was touching and kissing her. Really, girls, I thought with a roll of my eyes.
"Now, Now, sweetheart." I heard Elijah speak in my ear. "It's okay; your friends are safe with our buddies." I heard Jake say in my other ear. I wanted to run away again. But I can't let them win. I had an idea to turn the game around.
I wanted to smirk and grin, but I needed to have no emotion on my face. So, you know what I did. I did something they would do first, so they were surprised when I grabbed the back of Jake's head and kissed him hard on the mouth.
After I was done kissing him, I turned around so fast and grabbed hold of Elijah's head and pulled his mouth towards mine, and I kissed him hard on his mouth. After I did that, I grinned at their facial expression. I wanted to laugh when I saw shock and couldn't believe I had done that.
Yeah, the little goodie two-shoe wallflower tiny woman kissed them. So,
I started getting out of the middle of them, walking away, and jumping inside my pool. It felt nice, and I felt free. I wanted to cry, but I had my eyes open. I saw two figures swim towards me.
Huh, I wonder who they are...
