The Chosen Luna: Alpha’s Unwanted Daughter

Cassian and Adrian

Ch. 541 / 790 May 05, 2026

Cassian’s wolf form rippled beneath his skin as his frustration boiled over. With a feral snarl, he charged at Adrian, his claws aimed for the vampire’s throat. Adrian sidestepped the attack effortlessly, his movements deliberate and precise. The two clashed with the force of a thunderstorm, their strikes sending shockwaves through the ground beneath them.

The fight was brutal, each blow carrying years of tension and unspoken animosity. Cassian’s strikes were raw and wild, each one a furious attempt to bring Adrian down. Adrian, in contrast, was all precision and calculation, dodging with infuriating ease and countering with sharp jabs that left Cassian reeling.

“You think she loves you?” Adrian spat, his voice a low growl as he dodged another of Cassian’s swipes. His crimson eyes burned with a mix of anger and something deeper—something darker. “You think she ever wanted this life? Wanted you?”

Cassian’s growl deepened, his claws slicing dangerously close to Adrian’s chest. “She’s carrying my child, you leech,” he snarled, his voice raw with emotion. “Stay away from her.”

Adrian smirked, blood dripping from a cut on his lip. His tone was venomous as he leaned in slightly, his voice a mocking whisper. “Are you so sure it’s yours, Cassian? Can you really know?”

The words hit Cassian like a blow. He faltered, his amber eyes widening as the doubt planted by Adrian’s words took root. For the briefest moment, his movements slowed, his mind racing with questions he couldn’t suppress.

Adrian capitalized on the opening instantly. With a sharp uppercut, he struck Cassian square in the jaw, sending the Alpha stumbling backward. Before Cassian could recover, Adrian followed up with a brutal kick to his ribs, slamming him to the ground. The force of the impact sent dust and debris flying into the air, the sound echoing across the battlefield.

Cassian groaned, his muscles trembling as he tried to push himself up. Adrian stood over him, his crimson eyes glowing with cold intensity. “You’re strong, Alpha,” Adrian said, his voice low and steady. “But strength without control is nothing. And right now, you have nothing.”

Cassian’s claws dug into the earth as he struggled to rise, his golden eyes blazing with fury and humiliation. Adrian stepped back slightly, giving him just enough space to make his next move. The tension between them was electric, the battlefield around them fading into the background as they prepared to clash once again.

Lyra watched from the edge of the fight, her heart pounding in her chest. Her silver eyes were wide with fear and desperation as she took a step forward, her voice caught in her throat. “Stop,” she whispered, though no one could hear her over the sounds of the battle. “Please, stop.”

But neither Cassian nor Adrian seemed willing to yield. Their fight wasn’t just about dominance—it was about everything they had ever fought for, every wound that had never healed. And neither of them would back down until one of them fell.
