Revenge with My Quadruplets

Chapter 80

Ch. 80 / 160 May 08, 2026

Emily was so busy that she forgot to ask about Derek's strange behavior on Aaron and Ian's birthday. Meanwhile, Derek was eagerly waiting for the result.

Time slipped away quickly in their busy days.

One day, Emily and Andrew finally found the location of the RAM.

Because Andrew was framed, he was unable to continue paying the fees. The garage where he deposited the items was later auctioned.

To avoid alarming Laura and Ash, Emily and Andrew spent a lot of effort finding the whereabouts of those things.

Today, they made an appointment to meet the buyer. The buyer happened to be on vacation in another city, making it easier for them to take action.

Emily and Andrew even invited a partner out in the city to ensure that everything was safe.

"Buy all the other things together. They should mean something to you."

Emily thought so too. The more things they bought, the easier it was to confuse the enemy.

"We settled the price, and the partner would show up on time," Andrew said as he looked at his watch. "We could set off now."

Emily stood up.

Just as she reached the door, her phone rang.

Seeing that it was a call from Derek, Emily hesitated. Recently, she often thought of the figure of the man who had a one-night stand with her that night. In her dreams, his figure overlapped with Derek's, which made her uneasy.

Also, at the birthday party, Derek's words and actions touched Emily.

Usually, she could suppress those feelings, but when she received Derek's call, she felt that even Andrew could hear her heart pounding.

"Emily?" Andrew looked at her in confusion, indicating that her phone was ringing.

Emily took a deep breath and answered the call.

"Derek."

Emily heard Derek's heavy breathing, and he seemed to be suppressing his emotions.

"Emily, come to me, right now!"

Emily frowned. Derek's tone was strange.

"I don't like to be told what to do. We are partners. You should show some respect."

Derek could tell that Emily was unhappy. "I'm sorry. I'm not myself. Actually, I should go to you, but you can't even be sure about the security of the branch company. This thing is very important. Emily, please come!"

Emily realized that it was something serious. But she did not reply to him.

What she was going to do was also important. It was the truth that she had been longing for years.

"Sorry, I can't go to you now."

"Wait. Don't hang up. Emily, I know you have two other kids. Don't you want to know where they are?" Derek asked anxiously.

Emily gripped her phone tightly. How could Derek know?

The two missing children were the biggest regret she had other than Bennett's death.

Andrew saw that Emily was in a dilemma. He said, "Just go. We have arranged everything. There won't be any problems."

Emily held the phone and did not make a decision.

"Leave it to me. Don't you believe me?"

Emily gritted her teeth and then said, "Alright, be careful, Andrew. Stay in touch."

"Don't worry." Andrew gave Emily a gentle hug and then rushed to the airport.

"Derek, you'd better be telling the truth," Emily said angrily before hanging up the phone.

She rushed to the underground parking lot and then sped along the road.

Derek seemed to have arranged everything. After Emily arrived at his company, his assistant, Eric, was waiting for her and led her all the way to Derek's office.

Emily, who had been fuming with anger a moment ago, was getting more and more nervous when she approached Derek's office.

Eric pushed open the door and didn't enter. After Emily walked in, he closed the door.

Derek saw her and stood up.

The head of the Scott Group, who was known for his rationality, was trembling with excitement. Emily could tell that he was trying his best to control himself.

His eyes were fixed on her as if he wanted to see through her.

Derek did not speak and handed Emily a document.

Emily took it over. She saw the paternity test results written on it and looked at Derek, puzzled.

Derek did not say anything.

Emily seemed to have realized something. She bit her lower lip, trying to keep herself calm.

However, her hands still trembled.

"Read it. I think you should have a guess," Derek said.

Emily swallowed hard, her voice hoarse and unpleasant.

"Other than me, who is on the report?"

There were tears in Derek's eyes, and his voice became hoarse.

"You guessed it, didn't you?"

It turned out that they had known each other for so long and that the story between them was so heavy.

They were supposed to be the most intimate person to each other, but now they were strangers.

Emily lowered her head and opened the document with her trembling hands.

When she saw the names of herself, Aaron, and Ian on the document, she couldn't help but let out a cry.

All the results were on a piece of paper.

Emily looked directly at the bottom column. Suddenly, her vision became blurry.

"I can't read it." She raised her head, panicked.

Emily's eyes were red, and tears filled them.

Derek walked over and caressed her cheeks, wiping away her tears.

"Don't you want to know where your children are?" Derek's voice was gentle, and his eyes were also filled with tears.

Emily breathed rapidly. She lowered her head and saw the result.

The regret, which haunted her for years, was gone.

It was indeed the truth!

Aaron and Ian were so similar to Chris and Diane, but she had not recognized them.

Aaron saw her as his mother and was somehow intimate with her the moment they met. How could she not recognize him?

All kinds of emotions occupied Emily's heart in an instant.

She felt dizzy and her body swayed.

Derek pulled her into his arms as if he was holding the most precious thing.

He carried Emily and put her on the sofa.

"Eric, call the family doctor." Derek held Emily's hand, not wanting to leave her.

The paternity test report was only the beginning of the whole thing.

Derek didn't want to wake Emily up, so after the family doctor arrived, he asked Eric to deal with the following work.

In the corridor, he stared at the door of the office.

"Mr. Scott, what should we do next?"

Derek's face darkened. "We know the result. It won't be difficult to find out what Rose has done. Go and find out everything she did!"

After all, they crossed the person in power of the Scott family, someone they should never have messed with.
