*Isadora’s POV*
He didn’t fūcking do that. No, he didn’t.
I was heaving as I paced the bedroom in my fūcking birthday suit. I was thinking of a way to get back at him. He had to pay for leaving me like this. I was still throbbing in between my legs, even though he had been gone for at least thirty minutes. It was useless to even try to finish the job since he has been the only one to make me really cūm.
“Cazzo!” I yelled, throwing my hands in the air just as the door opened.
“Qualcuno è di cattivo umore.” (Italian for “Someone is in a bad mood.”) Penelope snickered from behind me, making me turn to give her the death glare. “You would think you would be in a good mood after having gotten it on in a new house.” She laughed, wiggling her brows at me as her eyes roamed up and down my naked body.
“That’s the fūcking point!” I hissed, walking toward her to get the luggage she had brought me before throwing it on the bed.
“Well, fūck.” She muttered, making me roll my eyes. “What are you doing?” She asked me as I searched throw the luggage, pulling out dress after dress.
“Where are my shoes?” I asked her angrily.
“The other bags are downstairs. We couldn’t bring everything so soon though.” She replied as I smiled evilly.
“Good. Maybe I can go back and grab things and not return.” I said, tightening my grip on the dress in my hand.
“Isa.” Penelope sighed, grabbing my arm. “Don’t act on impulse. You really want to return and be forced into marriage?” She asked me, causing me to wince.
She was right. I couldn’t go back to my father, at least not now. I didn’t even want to talk to him yet. I looked up at her and was about to speak when my phone buzzed on the dresser.
“See! That’s probably him to apologize.” She said excitedly.
“Padrino?” I asked her over my shoulder as I reached for the phone. “You clearly don’t know him.”
I looked at the caller’s id and sighed. I rejected the call before setting it down again. I was about to walk away when it rang again, making me groan. I am sexūally frustrated and the asšhole is about to get a mouthful.
“Who is it?” She asked me as she handed me some pajamas.
“Mattias.” I replied as the phone started buzzing again. “What!” I shouted over the phone, making him sigh.
“Please talk to me, principessa.” He begged me while I rolled my eyes at him.
“Non abbiamo niente di cui parlare.” (Italian for “We have nothing to talk about.”) I hissed as I shook my head at Penelope, who kept pushing the pajamas towards me.
I may not be going back home, but I was going out. I wasn’t going to stay around until Padrino showed up to take care of what he started. I may have wanted him all for me and obviously still do, but two could play that game. He wanted to be an asś wipe so could I.
“Yes, we do, Isa. I had nothing to do with our father’s agreement.” He said, making me roll my eyes.
“Sure, sure. Can you hurry up? I’m going out and need to get ready.” I told him as I searched through the luggage again while Penelope muttered curse words before sitting on the couch. I pressed my lips together, trying not to laugh because if she only knew what was going on in that couch…
“Where are you going?” He asked tensely.
“Out?” I replied, rolling my eyes.
“Cazzo, Isa!” He growled before taking a deep breath. “Can I see you? I have to meet with my dad, your father, and other capos in a few, but I can stop by to see you first.” He said, making me freeze.
“Where are you meeting with my dad?” I asked him as a smile spread on my face.
Penelope walked over to me and started shaking her head, but I just waved her off.
“Several capos are meeting at Alvaro’s casino to talk the usual.” He said while I pulled out my black mini leather skirt and backless halter top.
“Oh, well, we can go there if you’d like to talk.” I replied.
“I think it’s an all men’s thing, Isa. I don’t—” He was saying, but I scoffed.
“I’m Isadora Blanco. Who the fūck is going to stop me?” I asked him before waiting for him to try my asš.
“Fine.” He hissed. “Where am I picking you up?” He asked while I closed my eyes and thought about that.
There was no way I was going to give him Padrino’s address. I would have to sneak out of here before one of Padrino’s men notices and just call an uber. Even though I wasn’t being held captive here, I didn’t need to get him alerted before I got there. That would ruin all the fun. Just imagining Padrino’s angry face made me shiver in anticipation.
“Just send me the address. I will meet you there, Mattias.” I told him, making him blow out some air again.
“Mi stai uccidendo.” (Italian for “You’re killing me.”) He said before agreeing and hanging up the call.
Before I could look at Penelope, my phone buzzed with the address, making me smile.
“You may want to switch your outfit because we are going out.” I laughed as I made my way to the bathroom.
*Alberto’s POV*
“Si?” I answered my phone as I parked my Cadillac.
I wanted to be alone in my car as I drove to the casino. I had a lot on my mind and needed the alone time. That didn’t mean that my men weren’t in the cars around me.
I had originally agreed to meet at Francisco’s place, but then I texted him that I would meet at Alvaro’s since I needed more time to cool off. Between my need to go back and fūck my angel, my anger at the unknown messenger, and this whole forced marriage thing, I was losing all control on my sanity. Any little word or action by anyone would potentially trigger my blood thirst beast to release and make some damage.
I was a ruthless asšhole on the daily, but some things triggered my darkest side. The side that no fūcker ever wants to be in front of.
“Capo.” Edgardo greeted before he continued speaking. “Penelope and Lucio are at the estate. Anything else?” He asked me, making me blow out a breath of air.
Even though I left her the way I did to teach her a lesson, I felt like an asšhole. Which was ridiculous because I’m okay with being an asšhole to everyone else. That was part of my persona. But that was my angel, and I didn’t want her upset with me.
“No.” I finally replied, laying my head back on the headrest. “Just get the security in place before coming here.” I told him before ending the call.
I put my phone in my pocket and grabbed my gun, making sure it was chambered before placing it on my back. I rolled up the sleeves of my black button down dress shirt all the way to my elbows. I looked at my forearm and smiled. I still can’t understand how my angel managed to make my black heart beat again. Not even sure if I can say again because I remember being a heartless fūcker since I was a kid.
I shook my head and climbed out of the Cadillac, immediately spotting Francisco at the entrance laughing with other capos. I tried to not look at him with hate as I approached him. How could I hate him if he was my brother? I never pursued my angel because of the same reason. But right now, I felt hate for the man that I called brother. I felt hate because of his cowardliness regardless of the bullshīt reason he wanted to give me. I felt hate because he wanted to take my angel from me even if he didn’t know she was mine.
“Fratello!” Francisco said, waving his hand towards me.
‘Remember that is your brother, Alberto. Don’t kill him. Let him talk.’ I kept repeating to myself on my way toward him.
