It’s another day to act normal, like I’m not going to run mad anytime soon.
Ella is the one who drive, I couldn’t lift a finger to text back Ava or pick up her call, I certainly wouldn’t have been able to drive properly here without causing accident on the road. Maybe I would have drove, so I can be with him. Wouldn’t that be the best?
I sigh as I’m alone on the aisle walking to my class. I haven’t heard from Ava today and I don’t think I’m in the mood to face anyone now.
I want to be alone, just as I’m alone walking to my class this morning. I also don’t see the Quads around, they are not always early but this is late. I’m late to school because Ella didn’t arrive on time.
I want it to remain like this. Peaceful without their presence. I don’t think I would have any strength to face them today, I’m still as vulnerable as last night or maybe worse because I cried all night without getting to shut my eyelids.
Just as I feel weak my steps are slow and weak. I’m entering the class when I spot Riley from the entrance, she shuts my locker close then she walks to the back seat then crash on it gently like she didn’t just touch my locker.
“R-” I want to scream her name and ask her what the fuck she was just doing in my locker, but I see there’s already a teacher in the class.
I ask for permission before I enter the class. The student haven’t stopped gossiping about me yet, whenever they see me coming I start to hear their lips moving. But that’s not what I’m concerned about now, What was Riley doing at my locker?
I don’t have enough patience I push it open and I see a small piece of note. Right there I knew that is what she was doing in my locker.
Riley is one of the people that hates me without getting to hide it, and I haven’t hated her much until this very moment, I didn’t even give much importance to her when I saw her with my mates, but now I do.
“ Bitch, are you ready for your punish? I can’t wait to see you cry today. After all that’s what you deserve for trying to ruin Ryan’s life.” I read it out to myself in Riley’s voice.
When I look back at her at the back seat, she smirks immediately.
Anger rise up my chest like the tides in the ocean. I squeeze the paper into my fist, without a word said to her.
I don’t react yet until the teacher is out. I don’t want a bad reputation, it's my goal continue to be a good and straight A student until I’m done.
I don’t look back anymore at her, I act like it’s nothing.
“ Elena do you assignment and come meet me at my office tomorrow, it’s unlike you to be late to class don’t think I didn’t see that.” the English teacher say to me and all eyes are directed at me, some gossips and laughter.
“ Yes miss Shepherd.” I mutter in a lone tone. I feel a little excited as I see her pack up her things to leave the class.
“ Good day class.” she say, as she leave first, then student start to follow behind her out of the class.
Riley isn’t leaving yet, looks like she is packing her stuff in her bag, now this is a good chance for me.
“ What gives you the right to come close to my locker, Riley?” I demands, my face is neutral I don’t show how angry I am about that yet.
“ Yours? Do you think you have anything here? You’ve lost everything Elena. Even your freedom, you can’t move around because you are scared. So nothing is yours!” she yells, widening her amber eyes at me as she let out a mockery laugh.
“ The only person that will lose anything here is you. You dare speak to me like that then you are losing your fucking teeth!” I lash out boldly. I have never confronted anyone in school before or been into a fight, but maybe today would be the first. There is always a first.
“ You’ve even lost the right to return a slap back!” she spits out and I feel a slap landing on my face. My cheek cringe.
“ Y-” I’m preparing to send her a tight slap, when I hear someone call my name.
“ Elena you would be digging your grave if you do that.” it’s Ryan. He says it with no tension or anger as the four of then folds out from the entrance.
Then I realize the class is empty already. So this is what she means by I wouldn’t be able to give her the slap back? My cheek burns, in anger as I clench my fist.
The four of them walks in fully, Daniel is the last person to enter.He lock the door behind him. So that nobody will be able to go out or come in. Now my breathing picks up, as fear is gripping my body tightly.
“ Why the heck are you locking the door?” I ask in panic.
“ Shh,” Ryan puts a finger on his lips as he comes closer. “ Be a strong girl, don’t let out the cry yet.” he laughs.
Someone come behind me and I didn’t expect that, as I’m focus on Ryan’s eyes, it’s hardening and he looks a little bored.
It’s Darius who has come behind me, his hand slaps over my mouth and around wrap on my waist as he lift me off of the ground.
I open my mouth to scream, but his hands are pressing it tightly. I try to fight him off with my hands but it’s useless because he is way stronger than me.
“ Soft flower, don’t you think it is over? We have given you enough space to let you feel like a bird. Too bad you gonna be caged soon.” Darius whispers in my ears.
“ What are you doing here? Let me out!” he takes off his hands off my mouth and I’m opportuned to scream out. I’m alone with them and everyone must have gone home, I’m afraid I can’t escape this time.

“ You are hurting me. I didn’t do it please.” I scream and their eyes tell me I’m wasting my time, they are not leaving until they do whatever they are here for. I’m afraid I know what they want but I don’t say anything.
“ I don’t know , let me go.” my stomach drops as he gives me that grin.

“ You are to pay for your sins Elena, you owe us something.” Darius fingers comes to push the hair falling to my face. Then he caress my cheek softly, I feel his warm breathe on my neck.
“ I didn’t do anything! And I don’t owe you shit!” I yell out, he still has been caged with hands, I can’t move.
