Third person's POV
Derek's rationality teetered on the brink of collapse, nearly losing control again and again.
His eyes, now bloodshot, struggled against the overwhelming discomfort within him as he spoke with difficulty, "It's not necessary."
"Your current state, stimulated by the drug, could lead to more serious issues if not alleviated. My advice is to find a woman. It's the most direct and effective solution without side effects," the doctor insisted.
Derek's crimson eyes fixed on the doctor, his thin lips bitten to the point of bleeding, as a deep, husky voice forced its way out of his throat, "I said it's not necessary! Just give me the medication."
The doctor sighed in resignation, thinking to himself that he had encountered another stubborn one, unwilling to listen to reason.
"Alright, but I won't be responsible for any side effects. And given your condition, one dose definitely won't be enough. You'll need two."
Derek gritted his teeth and said, "Go ahead."
The needle slowly pierced his skin, and Derek closed his eyes, with only one thought swirling in his mind.
He had nearly hurt her again.
In another room, filled with an atmosphere of ambiguous, the room was meticulously decorated with a sensual touch, large mirrors embedded in all four walls, allowing for a panoramic view of the room from any angle.
A woman lay on the bed—Matilda Vorn, who had previously attempted to seduce Derek without success.
She had thought she had hooked a big fish, only to find out it was a ferocious orca, a devil playing with a mako shark as if it were a toy.
Not long ago, Derek entered this room, scanned the seductive setup, and Matilda eagerly tried to get close.
Before the full effects of the drug had taken hold, Derek blocked Matilda's approaching body and asked, "What drug did you give me?"
Thinking he was an experienced player, Matilda showed him a small vial without any reservations.
"It's an exclusive secret treasure. I added extra dosage, fearing you wouldn't cooperate."
A cold smile played on Derek's lips as he said, "Is that so?"
His gaze then fell on a box nearby, and Matilda proudly presented it as if it contained rare treasures。 "I have all kinds of toys here, guaranteed to satisfy you."
Derek kicked aside a few adult toys and picked up some ropes.
Matilda's face bloomed with a coquettish smile, saying, "I didn't expect you to have such a taste. Don't worry, I can accommodate you."
"Let's begin now," Derek said.
"Naughty, you won't even let me take a bath first," Matilda pouted.
"There's no need for that trouble," Derek replied.
He picked up the ropes and commanded, "Stand here."
Matilda obediently stood where he indicated, and Derek began to tie her up.
Gradually, she sensed something was amiss—Derek's binding resembled the way police would restrain a criminal.
Especially, her hands were bound in numerous loops and finished with a knot that an ordinary person wouldn't know.
Once her limbs were securely tied, Matilda's heart rate skyrocketed, and she asked in horror, "What kind of knot is this?"
Derek played with the small vial in his hand, watching her panic with cold eyes. "What's the matter? Weren't we going to play? Scared already?"
"What do you want to do?"
"I want the antidote."
"How could there be an antidote to this? Don't you know what an antidote is?"
"No antidote, huh."
Derek roughly grabbed the woman's chin and stuffed the remaining pills from the vial into her mouth.
Matilda struggled frantically, but with her body tightly bound, she couldn't move.
Derek didn't care about the consequences.
He had always treated women as gentlemen, but this woman had crossed a line. He had given her a chance, and she had foolishly provoked him.
After forcing the pills, he poured a large glass of water into her mouth.
Matilda swallowed instinctively, water dribbling down the corners of her lips, giving her a lascivious appearance.
However, Derek didn't spare her another glance. He picked up a wet wipe and cleaned his fingers that had touched her chin.
He randomly grabbed a convenient toy from the ground and stuffed it into the woman's mouth, saying, "You like to play, so play your fill."
With that, he left, hanging a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
That night, Matilda, tightly bound, fared much worse than Derek.
She glared viciously at the room's door, vowing to herself that she would remember this grudge.
