Calvin woke up his mate by placing butterfly kisses all over his face.
Rain whined and tried to push his mate away. He wanted to sleep more.
"Baby, wake up…" The beta sulked.
When he realized the omega wasn't going to wake up, he decided to use his last trick.
Tickling.
Rain gasped as his mate attacked his sides. He tried to wriggle away but Calvin was stronger than him and held him in place.
"Cal—Calvin! Wahh! S-Stop!" He broke out into a fit of giggles.
"Are you awake now?"
"Yes! Yes! I'm a-awake!"
Calvin then decided to stop his torture with a big grin on his face.
He placed a soft kiss on his mate's lips as Rain opened his eyes.
"You're mean…" The omega pouted.
"I'm sorry… I wanted to let you sleep but I was feeling lonely…" Calvin smiled sheepishly.
"Hey, guys! Quickly come down and have breakfast. We have a yacht ride arranged!"
Calvin and Rain turned to the sound of Keiran shouting outside.
"We'll be there in a few minutes!" Calvin yelled back before turning to his mate. "I wanted to spend some more time with you…" He groaned.
Rain chuckled. "Let's go have breakfast. I'm starting to get hungry,"
The beta rolled his eyes before he reluctantly stood up from his bed. "Fine… but promise me you'll cuddle with me later,"
"I promise," Rain laughed. It was his first time seeing Calvin acting so spoiled and it amused him.
Calvin always appeared moody and angry to him. He rarely smiled in front of the omega before.
And now it all has changed.

The yacht ride was good. Rain was excited and happy because he got to see the dolphins.
They weren't surprised when the dolphins came closer because Evelyn seemed to attract everything around her.
Rain was gasping at the big waves and dolphins.
He would run into Calvin's arms whenever the waves got scary.
Calvin loved the omega's reactions. He was too cute for this world.
They came back three hours later and had lunch before going to the beach again.
Evelyn and Rain decided to make sandcastles. It was their first time so their castle tumbled quite a few times before they managed to build a good one.
Rain went around to collect flowers and seashells to decorate their castle.
Keiran watched them with a small smile while Calvin was busy taking pictures of the two omegas, especially his mate.
At the end of the day, Rain cuddled with his mate as he promised. Calvin talked to him for hours while spooning him.
It was the best experience the omega had. He felt like he was home.
Calvin was warm and gentle.
He caressed the boy with so much love that Rain couldn't help but just melt into the feeling.
The following three days went by them exploring the Island, playing indoor and outdoor games.
The couples were having a very good time.
Calvin took every chance he could get to steal a kiss from his mate. Keiran once had to throw a banana at the beta because he was practically eating the omega's face at the dinner table instead of his food. Poor Rain was so flustered and embarrassed.
Calvin's wolf was frustrated that he didn't mark Rain yet so he was instinctively clingy and overprotective.
Rain didn't complain though. He enjoyed the attention he got. It made him happy that Calvin cared about him.
A few months ago he had no hope. He thought Calvin was going to hate him forever and stay disgusted at him but that changed and he was more than grateful for it.
It was their fifth day on the island and they all decided to go fishing. Evelyn refused to go saying fish are her friends.
Keiran was a little gloomy that his mate wasn't with him but he did try to enjoy the fishing.
Calvin caught two fish and Rain clapped every time his mate did it. He was proud of him.
The sight made Keiran scoff. Both the beta and the omega were so lovesick and it was showing. He was basically third-wheeling.
Keiran only caught one fish because there was no need for more. After all, Evelyn doesn't eat it.
They decided to go back after feeding the rest of the bait to the fish.

"I asked Sam if we could use the kitchen and he said yes, " Keiran said as they walked towards the villa.
"Perfect! I know a good dish to make! " Rain beamed.
"We will help you in the kitchen, " Calvin smiled at his mate.
Rain loved cooking. It was the one thing he never got bored of but after Josh's death, he never smiled while doing that.
It was a relief to Calvin that the trip worked out. Rain was coming back to his old self.

"What are you going to make? " Keiran asked as he placed the fish in the sink.
"All of them are big ones, right? Then I have a perfect recipe in my mind! " He smiled.
"Tell us what we need to do, we will help you, "
"Help me clean the fish and get some banana leaves, "
"Banana leaves? "
"Yes, It's needed. I saw some banana plants outside, " The omega pointed outside.
"I'll go get them, " Keiran said before walking out.
Rain and Calvin decided to clean the fish.
The beta didn't forget to take advantage of their alone time and steal a kiss from his mate, leaving Rain a blushing mess as he cleaned the fish.
"I got the leaves!" Keiran announced as he came inside.
"Perfect! Can you cut some onions? "
"What are you going to make? "
"I don't know its name but it's a tasty dish. First, we need to clean the fish then marinate it in chili, turmeric powder, and salt before frying it and then we have to fry the onions and grind it with dried chilies into a paste, "
"What are these banana leaves for? " Keiran raised his brow.
"Banana leaves become like paper when it's heated slightly. We need to cover the fried fish with the onion chili paste and then cover it with banana leaves individually. And then we cook it for some more minutes under light heat, " The omega smiled.
"Woah… you need to start a cooking show or something. This sounds amazing, " Calvin praised his mate, causing Rain to grin wide.
The omega couldn't get used to his mate praising him. It always left him flustered.
"Where's luna? " Rain asked, curious about what Evelyn was doing.
"She's reading a book. After learning to read, that's the thing she likes the most, " The alpha chuckled.
They small talked until the dish was ready and before they knew it, it was already dinner time.
Sam and the workers had already made them dinner and they added the dish they cooked to the table.
Dinner went like how it usually did except Rain received a lot of compliments for his cooking skills.
The boy was flustered when the alpha and beta talked about how Rain used to cook at every chance he got in the pack.

Calvin hugged the omega as soon as they were back inside the room. He placed soft kisses on the boy's neck making Rain giggle.
"Calvin! It tickles!"
"You're always so sensitive," The beta chuckled. "It makes me want to do more," He said, his hands slowly sneaking inside the omega's shirt.
Rain gasped when his mate suddenly pinched his nipples. "Calvin! I need to shower!"
"Then let's shower together,"
"No,"
"Why?" The beta sulked.
Rain was cherry red. "Because I'm embarrassed!"
"Then can I touch you after we shower?"
"Umm... maybe…."
"Please….?"
"Ok fine," The omega laughed before going to the bathroom.
"You're not taking your pajamas?"
"No, there's a bathrobe in there!" He said before shutting the door.
Calvin stood there with a big grin on his face.
Maybe they can take the next step today.
