Beautiful memories are the threads that weave together the tapestry of our , reminding us of who we are, where we have been, and the journey we have to get to where we are now. They are, any doubt, the glimmers of that light that illuminate the path ahead of us, us through both the sunshine and the shadows.
And this is the exact tenure of this terrifically fabulous week I had with Damian.
Beautiful memories are worth keeping, and I cherish them. I forever will.
Every single day, every hour, minute, and second that I spent in those seven days was short of remarkable, pleasurable, and wonderful. Despite the unfavorable constraints that limited our recreational activities, we made the most of our together. One unforgettable adventure was our cruise around the talon of the Mt. Kenya, which consumed an entire day of exploration.
But what made that day truly unforgettable was Damian's wild and crazy idea to make out there amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature. It was a spontaneous, wild experience that took me completely by surprise. Yet, it was also mind-blowing and intoxicating in every sense of the word. I am still , and something is throbbing down there at the mere recap of that moment.
He is a beast. A very sweet one, for that matter.
In the midst of the majestic mountains and the serenity of the wilderness, we to our passion, lost in the raw intensity of our love for each other. It was a of pure bliss, a memory that I will carry with me forever, a testament to the of our connection and the boundless possibilities of our love.
That aside, I can go on and on about it the whole day. But I will end up dripping.
Sweet sigh! Love is really sweet when you have the best partner.
So, after that crazy moment, came the tour around the vast city of Nanyuki, which we not finish. The tour takes in the attractive wildlife. Lastly, we ended our at Lake Eliss, which is named after the Duchess of Glouchester, Princess
Alice. To say that I was happy would be an understatement. I was elated. I really had kick of my life! I am still basking in the glee of the beauty, happiness, and that I have lived through in these few days of our vacation.
The highlight of our time together was undoubtedly the three spectacular bonfire we shared. Each moment by the fire was filled with warmth, laughter, and the of intimacy that only comes from being truly connected to someone. As the danced and cracked, casting their golden glow over us, it felt as though time still, and we were the only two people in the world, lost in our own world.
Honestly, I don't want to go back to reality. If it were up to me, I would prolong this indefinitely, savoring every precious moment with him. It is as if one week not nearly enough time for us, or perhaps I can never have enough of him. Even he is always by my side, I have never felt complete, even for a single moment, him. And now, more than ever, I find myself craving his presence, yearning the closeness and connection that only he can provide.
In his arms, I feel whole, alive, and more myself than ever before. And as our time draws to a close, I cling to the sweet and beautiful memories we have made, each moment and counting down the seconds until we can have such a again. I wonder where he should take me next. Maybe in Naivasha? Eldoret?
Or kisumu Dalla. Dubai? Spain? Or Thailand? Honestly, it really doesn’t matter we spend time, for with him, every moment is an adventure, every touch a , and every day a celebration of our love. But this getaway really hit a spot. I am surely looking forward to another adventure.
Nonetheless, duty calls, and as much as I wish we could linger in this blissful bubble a while longer, reality beckons us back. It has been an entire week since I last on my shop, and I can only imagine the chaos that awaits me there. Grace surely kill me for this. But strangely enough, amidst the tranquility of our retreat, worries of work and responsibilities seem distant and inconsequential.
I left the scattered parts of my phone lying in Damian's office when we arrived, taking advice to heart that I didn't need it here. He, too, seemed to relish the opportunity disconnect from the outside world, only switching his phone on occasionally to to urgent matters and capture a few snapshots of our time together.
As our final night here approaches, a bittersweet feeling washes over me. Tomorrow, will return to the real world. bittersweet feeling. Tonight, though, I am filled with for Damian and the unforgettable experience he has orchestrated for us.
I never imagined he would plan something as magical as this just for me. In these days, I have witnessed a side of him that is filled with pure joy and buoyance, a that has captivated me even more deeply. Well, it was always there, lying within, the right moment to be unleashed. And this was it. He was Mr. Smiles all the through. Jumping from one mischeaf to another.
