CHAPTER SIXTEEN
THE MARRIAGE RULES
The next day I decided to head straight to Joane's house to hangout with her and clear my head off yesterday scenario.
Thankfully I had a good night sleep because Hayden and his mistress or should I say whore didn't make any noise again.
"Oh girlfriend." I said pulling Joan into a tight and warm embrace the moment I set my eyes on her
"Don't tell me that you miss me that much? It is just a day." She smiled.
"So girlfriend how was your wedding night?" She asked
"Nothing happened we both slept in seperate rooms, you don't expect the both of us to sleep in the same room?" I asked
"Ouch !! Of course I expected that you both should sleep in the same room because the both of you are lawfully wedded couples." She said
"You mean lawfully wedded cat and rat." I said rolling my eyes
"I almost committed murder yesterday." I blurted out
"What happened? Who did you try to kill?" Joane questioned in a worry tone
I went ahead to narrate everything that happened last night to her
"I love the way you handled it, why didn't you shave the mistress hair for coming into your matrimonial home to sleep with your husband?" She asked
"Next time make sure you shave the mistress hair and used her face to clean your house." She advised
"What about the husband that brought his mistress into his matrimonial home on the day he got married? You should have cut off his balls and feed them to the dogs." Mona said walking into the room
"I don't blame the mistress, Ethan is the one that I blamed for not respecting his wife and marriage vows." She added
"You are right babe." I said supporting her statement
"How long have you been here? When did you get here Mona?" Joan asked
"I came just in time to hear your conversation." She replied sitting on the couch
"Girls I want to embark on a journey, I want to open my own jewelry company because I can't seat at home doing nothing, doing such will make my life miserable and Hayden will rejoice over my misery.
"I want to show Hayden that he can not walk over me." I said smiling slightly
"That is the spirit girl, show Hayden Anderson that you are Tessa Lea Laurel Cooper the girl who doesn't take nonsense." Mona said cheerfully
"So I need the support of you girls to embark on the journey of success." I said

"Count me in." Mona said
"I am also in." Joan supported
I have to change my attitude towards Hayden, I have to show him that the Tessa who doesn't let people walk over her is still here.
What happened last night really got me angry and it got me thinking.
Just because I have been friendly with him doesn't mean that he can walk over me.
Hayden treated me like someone that have no value and respect last night, he disrespected me.
I have to rise up and show him that he can't mess or joke with me anymore.
I have to show him that I am not an ordinary girl.

"Ma'am, sir request your presence in the tree house that is located in the garden." The maid informed me the moment I stepped into Hayden's house
"Okay, take me to him." I said following her as she led the way
She led me to the garden which was located in the back of the house, the garden looked beautiful with neatly trimmed flowers which was littered all over.
The garden did a fantastic job maintaining the garden, we both stopped in front of a tree house in the garden.
From the other side I could hear sound of moaning which stopped as soon as a knock was heard, then there came some ruffling sounds.
Some hurried movement and after a minute I heard the voice of Hayden say ." Come in."
The maid shot me an apologetic and guilty look which I couldn't comprehend the reason before she pushed the door opened.
I stepped in and was shocked by the sight before me, there stood my supposed amazing husband buttoning up his shirt and before him stood a bimbo who was arranging her clothes, she had excessive make up on her face which made her looked like a slut.
The bimbo was different from the one last night.
How many women does this jerk sleeps with?
The rumors are true, Hayden is a bloody Playboy.

"Why don't you wait for me in my room? I will be there." He told her completely ignoring my presence
She gave him a quick kiss before exiting the room not without shooting me a mocking look.
"Here, this are the rules you will have to follow as long as you and I are married and living under the same roof." He said handing an envelope to me
I took the envelope from him and pulled out some papers from it
We both sat down in silent as I flipped through the obscure rules of our marriage
1. Don't interfere in my business
2. You will have to follow me to every function that I go to and act like a caring wife
3. You have no right to question who I am with or my affairs with anyone
4. You are free to have an affair with whoever you choose but don't you dare get pregnant with another man's child
5. We must stay married for one year and after that we will get divorce
6. You are my wife only on paper so we both have no right over each other
7. Both of our parents can never find out about the marriage rules
8. Don't you dare date Dwayne scott or get close to him
I was trying so hard to control my rage, I put the paper down and faced him with a cold gaze.
"You have no right to tell me not to date or get close to Dwayne because I am definitely not going to do that." I said
"You will have to follow the rules without opposing it if you know what is good for you." He said
"Or else?" I challenged him
"Or else there will be great consequences." He threatened
"I was forced into this marriage by my parents but no one can compel me to accept you as my wife." He said
"I don't care if you were forced to marry me Hayden you have no right to give me any damn rule, do you think I got married to you out of my free will?" I yelled at him
"Don't you dare defy me Tess if you know what is good for you stick to the rules." He yelled
"You have no right over me Hayden I am just your paper wife so don't you dare tell me what to do, I am going to get close to Dwayne infact I will date him and even have sex with him." I said and he clenched his jaw.
"Don't you disobey me Tessa." He said walking out of the room
Not only am I married to a Casanova but I am married to a annoying Bastard.
