(3rd person P.O.V)
Roshan falls to his knees while holding his head in pain. One of the creatures attacks her to help his master but Erika throws her away and burns her with a fireball. One by one other of his experiment started to attack her, but end up the same as the first one.
In the last, Roshan is unable to take it and passes out on her. Seeing Roshan Unconcious Danish order his men to capture him in a corpse and tell the strongest witches to put a sleeping spell on him so that he cannot wake up again to make their life hell.
He also orders them to put a protection spell on the corpse so that he cannot come out of there and no one is ever able to let him out of there. Seeing the situation getting out of their hand his army started to run away from there to save their life.
"Where do you think you are going? Do you think that you all can get out of here without getting punished for your deeds?" Erika asks them while stopping them by forming an invisible wall in front of them with the help of a spell.
"I would advice you to let us go, little girl otherwise I will kill your brother," the one creature who was holding her brother in a tight grip said to her while underestimating her. Erika turns towards her and started walking towards him to kill her for blackmailing her using her brother. One thing you should always remember about her and her family that is they did not take blackmailing lightly especially when it comes to their family. The punishment will be worst than death.
Seeing her eyes and her walking towards him with a death glare he started to make backward getting scared of her. If he was a human he would have died of a heart attack or have peed in his pants by now. Seeing the open opportunity Vicky sneaks away from there to save his life.
"Don't move any further or I will kill him," the creature shutter out but Erika gives him a deaf ear and keep walking toward him. In fear, he unknowingly tightened his grip on her brother's neck so that Avis was unable to take a breath and died due to suffocation.
Seeing her brother die in his arm she lost it and scream a heart-wrenching scream that others have left what they were doing to cover their ears to save themself from going deaf. Raven's eyes get glass seeing her godson died in the creature's arm and goddaughter in pain while Rick who was gone to find his mate when he saw the kids running towards their parents to see Roshan man carrying his unconscious mate. He killed them all and take her pregnant mate to safety and stay there to protect her.
The ground started shaking and then it opens up under the feet of his army and they all fall under the deep corner of hell in which not only will suffer physically but mentally and spiritually for their wrong deeds.
Then she falls down unconscious on the ground, draining out every ounce of her energy. As soon as her body touches the ground, Erika comes back into the present while panting as if she has just run a marathon race.
(BACK IN THE PRESENT)
She takes a deep breath to calm her frantically beating heart while keeping a hand in her heart.
"Are you okay, cheery?" her inner demon asks her.
"I don't think so," she said while holding her face in her hands.
"That was, that was..." she said and trailed off. She gulped not able to put her thoughts into words.
"Terrible," her inner demon said and she nodded her head.
"I know," she said sadly.
"What happens after that?" she asks her inner demon after composing herself.
"What about my kingdom? who is looking after it? Is my brother incarnated like me? if yes then where can I find him?" she asks her inner demon.
"Relax, cheery, I know you have many questions running inside your mind and I will answer them later, but right now go back to your mate, you need him," her inner demon said to her and she listens to her immediately.
(Logan P.O.V)
After finishing some important work with my father I get out of there and started to look for my mate. When I suddenly felt someone hug me from behind and I feel my body get tense but when I feel the familiar sparks I know that it was Erika who was hugging me from behind and calm down.
I remove her hands and turn towards her and hold her in my arms.
"Hey, what's wrong? Why are you crying, Erika?" I asked getting worried and she just shakes her head at me.
"Please Erika tell me, you know I can't see you crying like this right?" I ask and she nodded her head to me.
"I just missed you so much," she said while tightening her hold on me.
"But I was only away from you for half an hour," I said to her.
"I know but I still miss you," she said making me chuckle at her cuteness.
"Can we go outside in the garden? I feel a little suffocated here?" she said looking at me with her teary eyes.
"Sure," I said and lead her outside the castle and to the garden. We walk for some time and then take a seat on the bench near the fountain. The whole time, she was quiet, looking lost in her thoughts.
"Something is bothering her, I can feel it," my inner demon said to me.
"I can feel it too, do you think I should ask her about it," I ask my inner demon.
"No don't just leave her be and be there for her, she is not ready to share it with you yet when she is she will tell you everything," my inner demon said to me and I did as he said. After some time, Erika feels tired and sleepy so I take her to our room so that she can have some rest.
