Liam Brandon sauntered into the gymnastic center, moving toward the high bars, and wrapped his huge palms around them.
*I'll leave you to think about it then*
His words to his daughter replayed in his again and his hands suddenly fastened, full of rippling veins.
What was he thinking to have blurted such a thing to his daughter?
Leaving her to think about what exactly? How immensely they both have been craving to fuck one another? And he was ready to give in now? To fuck his own daughter?
"Goddamnit!" he swore loudly, slamming his bumped fist against the bars column and they came shattering immediately.
"Liam," a soft voice called out his name from behind but he didn't turn to have a look as if he was already familiar with the voice.
Henry shuffled his footsteps closer, his lips thinning into a tight straight line.
"The woman is here to see you again," he broached the reason he was here to disrupt his bad moment.
He didn't know how long his boss was going to remain in such a miserable mood and what could be the reason behind it.
However, he felt his boss should be kind enough to meet this woman at least.
Several seconds had flown by, but Liam was still not uttering any word, he remained stationary with his back to Henry.
Henry then opened his mouth to say something, maybe words of persuasive.
"Let her in," Liam suddenly said and Henry found himself drawing in a sigh of relief.
"Finally," he mumbled to himself. "Okay, boss. She'll be right here,"
After saying that, he quickly spun off to get the guest.
In a matter of two minutes, Henry appeared in the spacious gymnastic room again, but with a young woman beside him this time.
He stared ahead and realized his boss had not evacuated where he had left him.
"Let's go, ma'am," he said to the woman, "That's him standing over there,"
The woman tightened her grip around her clutch as soon as she saw Liam's back view. He was wearing a white t-shirt and a pair of black trousers that showed the length of his long legs.
"Here is she, Liam," Henry notified.
Slowly but surely, Liam turned around and met his employee's face, "You can leave now, Henry,"
After finishing his words, he averted his gaze to the woman and his pupils shrank sharply, obviously, he had recognized her immediately.
He looked at her bit by bit, sweeping her features.
Her golden locks were combed to hang on one of her shoulders and she was dressed in a creamery ivory suit and a complete set of sapphire jewelry, looking decent and elegant.
"Liam," she called out, her tone was full of grievance and ingratiation.
"Henry," Liam almost yelled, startling Henry, who was already at the entranceway.
He stopped walking and turned around, "Yes, Liam,"
"Escort this woman out of this place," Liam ordered, fixating his eyes on this woman all the time.
Henry was surprised. He gaped while walking back to them.
"Just listen to me first, Liam. Please," the woman demanded strongly, her eyes filling with hot tears as she started closing the distance between them.
"Henry, if this woman succeeded by reaching close to me, then you're fired," Liam voiced out in a hostile way. One could tell that he was furious by his expression; it was like a hurricane was forming in his eyes.
This woman immediately crouched to her kneels, "I beg of you, Liam. Just give me a chance to explain myself. Please, I'm begging you," she choked on each word, her eyes swimming with tears.
Henry looked down at the woman, feeling compassion toward her.
He curled his lips in displeasure and looked up at Liam's face and was suddenly startled by the coldness in his eyes.
Without wasting more time, he bent and endeavored to pick her from up the floor but the woman had dodged away right in time by striding forward on her knees and set to hold Liam's legs.
However, Liam reflexively stepped back, causing her hands to land on the floor.
She was still not going to give up, she moved more closer, "Liam, please. Just hear me out," she choked between her words.
Liam stepped back continuously, leaving a considerable distance between them.
He then frowned coldly at Henry as if he wanted to freeze him, "Do really wish to lose your job?"
"No, no, Boss," Henry retorted quickly and caught the woman's arms.
"Please, ma'am. I don't want to lose my job," he appealed, hauling her toward the doorway.
The woman wasn't being obstinate this time as she allowed herself to be dragged out by Henry but she was still looking back at Liam, more tears streaming down her cheeks.
I'm so sorry, Liam. Please forgive me," she shouted amidst tears.
Liam's lips curled up in an ironic smile as he watched the woman disappearing through the door, at the same time his eyes filled with sudden tears.
"Promise me one thing, Ivy," the little boy asked the girl with penetrating eyes.
They were both sitting under an acacia tree, their hands entwined.
Ivy tilted her head and met his deep dark eyes that were full of undying love.
She smiled tenderly and looked down at their entangled hands, "What's it, Liam?"
"Promise me you'll never leave me, Ivy," he said in a low voice, "I don't want to ever lose you. You are the best thing..."
"That has ever happened to you," Ivy completed his words with a glossy smile touching her lips.
She raised her hands and pressed them to his cheeks.
"You know I love you as much as you do, Liam," she uttered, staring back into his eyes with her heart in her eyes.
"And believe me; I don't want to ever stay away from you either, not even for a moment,"
Liam put down her hands, Ivy's words didn't seem to faze him.
"How about the Trevor's? They are coming to get you soon, Ivy, and we will never get to meet each other again," he blurted out his fear, his eyes shining with unshed tears.
"Even if the Trevor's doesn't want you to come along with me, then I promise to come and get you very soon," Ivy planted a determined and confident smile on her face and said.
"Are you promising me?" Liam asked, a relief smile flashing across his face as he picked Ivy's hands in his.
"Yes, Liam. I promise you," Ivy replied with a big smile and leaned her face even closer and kissed his face. Her action was quick.
"Hey, hey. You just stole my first kiss," Liam said with widened eyes.
Pronto, Ivy jumped to her feet and stepped back continuously and grinning sheepishly.
"Did I?"
"Hey, come back here and let's do it properly," Liam shouted, running after her.
"Catch me if you can, Liam," Ivy barked amidst hysterical laughter without stopping.
This event vanished before Liam while two large tears trickled down his cheeks.
His nose flared as he muttered under his breath, "Liar"
"Such a big fat liar, I hate you!" he shrieked and his voice echoed in the whole place.

Daniella parked her car carefully in the garage and unfastened the seatbelt, sighing softly all the time.
"I'm sure he would have gone to bed by now," she mumbled to herself while getting down from the car.
It was already late in the night and she had purposely returned home this late so that she wouldn't come upon Liam.
She felt this was the only way she could avoid him.
Getting close to the villa, Daniella suddenly halted her footsteps and retrieved her phone from her jean pocket.
She huffed and put the phone back and then continued walking.
"So this is it, huh?" she spoke to herself. "You are avoiding me too, right?"
"Then so shall it be, Dad. I will stop looking after you as well, watch me," she grumbled out and opened the front door.
The moment she set her foot into the living room, a strong scent of liquor wafted to where she was standing and she became strung up.
"What's going on? Dad?" She called out, walking wholly into the room and she was suddenly taken aback at the number of whiskey bottles she met on the coffee table but there was no sight of her father.
"Dad, where are you?"
She charged toward the stairs and had barely climbed two stairs when an impulsive loud thud came from the kitchen direction.
"Dad!" she yelled, rushing into the kitchen and meeting him lying on the floor, with his eyes half-closed.
"Oh my God, Dad. What happened to you?" Daniella crouched next to him on the floor and struggled to heave him up.
Hearing his daughter's voice, Liam strained to look at her, "Oh... It′s my pretty daughter...Daniella"
His speech was slurred and he looked very drunk.
"Why did you have to drink so much, Dad?" Daniella asked with a worried frown as she continued struggling to lift him but he was too huge.
"Come on, Dad. You need to get up now," she exhorted, pulling one of his hands.
Liam groaned and drew her to his chest. Daniella plunged forward effortlessly and they both caught each other's eyes.
I drank a lot because I missed you,"
