Chapter 91: Jean Broody vs. Bradley Jackson ~ When suppressed desires explode… Mum, I’m home!

“Wake up?” Jean heard Bradley’s whisper and opened sleep-laden eyes.
“You look like you’ve been up for a long time,” Jean commented hoarsely, staring up at Bradley.
Bradley leaned down to kiss Jean lightly with a chuckle. “I’ve been at the gym for over two hours. It’s five a.m. now. Going for a shower. Wanna join me?” He started to get off the bed but Jean drew him back down.
“Did you sleep at all?” He asked firmly. And when Bradley slowly shook his head, Jean groaned and wrapped him in a fierce embrace. “Aw, baby.” They stayed wrapped around each other for a while before Jean finally took a deep breath and released Bradley. “Let’s go take that shower.” He said as he sent Agnes a quick message.
In the shower, each man leisurely took turns bathing the other which naturally resulted in both getting hot and bothered. After giving each other a couple of earth-shaking blowjobs in the shower, they came back to the suite to find a note on their bed, from Agnes, informing them that breakfast had been served in the dining room. And when they got to the dining room, the two men were pleasantly surprised at what had been laid out for them.
“Dayum.” Bradley breathed as he took in the spread.
The assorted goodies ranged from delicious freshly baked pastries to Mexican corn fritter with prosciutto poached eggs over sweet potato hash. There was oats with yogurt, poached pear, pecan praline, breakfast pizza, sliced avocado, and fried eggs served with chef’s salsa verde over grilled corn cake. Whilst Bradley couldn’t have enough of the Red Velvet Pancakes and the mini buns filled with smoked beef, pesto, arugula, and Parmesan cheese, Jean binged on the bacon and egg crepes with homemade pesto smoked salmon frittata on toasted ciabatta which had been served with whipped goats cheese, fresh greens, and red onions.
“I’m so giving that woman a raise,” Jean murmured after finishing his delicious chilled Expresso Banana Smoothie. “That was absolutely fantastic.”
“Shit, I’m too full.” Bradley groaned.
“Same here.” Jean yawned. “I think I need to hit the gym or something before I get into that cockpit.”
“Gym at this time?” Bradley chuckled.
“Or maybe we could do something different and exciting.” Jean sat up. “There’s are Jet Skis on this yacht. Let’s take them out for a spin. That should be a good workout.”
“Hmm…I’ve never been on a Jet Ski so it will be an experience.” Bradley’s excited grin drew a chuckle from Jean.
“Let’s go get ready then.” Jean stood and reached out to draw Bradley out of his seat. “This is going to be fun.” He gave Bradley a lingering kiss which Bradley didn’t shy away from even though the young brunette stood by. “Have I told you how sweet your lips are?” Jean murmured against Bradley’s lips, his gaze heavy-lidded with desire.
“I’m very sure it’s because of the syrup on the pancakes.” Bradley grinned.
“Smartass,” Jean growled, smacking Bradley on the arse. “Can’t wait to see this sexy arse in a wet suit.” He caressed Bradley’s butt through his shorts.
“It’s going to be very difficult to pull the front up if you don’t stop rubbing that butt,” Bradley muttered, drawing laughter from Jean.
“Sally, tell Tom I’d like to see him, please,” Jean told the blushing brunette.
“Right away, Dr. Broody.” She hightailed it out of the dining room so quickly both Jean and Bradley laughed.
“Now I can give you a proper kiss.” Bradley laughed softly as he reached up to slip his fingers into Jean’s hair. Then he proceeded to plunder Jean’s mouth with a heart-racing kiss. A kiss that only ended when they heard Tom’s chuckle.
“Oh, don’t stop on my account.” Tom drawled, making Jean and Bradley laugh. “I mean after what I saw last night, this is a mere PG-13.”
“Aw fuck off, Tom.” Jean stepped away from Bradley. “We want to use the Jet Skis before we leave.”
“Great.” Tom grinned. “Right this way.”
Two hours later, Jean and Bradley were soaring into the skies after a thrilling, adrenaline-pumping Jet Ski ride.
“Maybe we should just forget about Delaware and…”
“You’re not getting out of that so easily, young man,” Jean said above the sound of the engine. “We’re doing this.” He turned his head to give Bradley a quick look. His man looked gorgeous in simple blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and boots. “Here, give me your hand,” Jean said and waited until Bradley placed a hand in his. Jean gave it a reassuring squeeze and then held it. “It shall be well.”

“You sure that’s the house?” Jean asked, staring at the two-story family home from the driver’s seat of a rented black Mercedes Benz.
“Yes.” Bradley breathed.
The house, which sat between two mature pecan trees, did not look as nice as Bradley remembered. It looked as though it hadn’t been lived in for years, Bradley couldn’t help but think. The house was in immediate need of a new roof, paint, and some siding repair.
“Maybe there’s no one there,” Bradley whispered shakily. “We should leave.”
Jean turned around in his seat to face Bradley. “We can only be certain there’s no one there if we go in, baby. Come here.” He opened his arms but Bradley seemed frozen in his seat.
“I can’t do this, Jean,” Bradley said shakily as all that had taken place in that house years earlier flooded his senses. “I can’t see her…I can’t go through another…”
Jean reached out and pulled Bradley into his arms. “I’m here. I’m with you.”
Jean’s voice was strong but he could feel himself shaking. He couldn’t stand seeing Bradley like that. He wished he could take the soldier's pain onto himself so that Bradley could be free of worry. He wanted to cause serious damage to anyone who wanted to hurt the man in any way. The emotions within Jean that very moment were so intense it scared him. He’d never felt what he was feeling, for another person. He was very protective of Dean. But never had he wished he could swap places with Dean just to take his misery upon himself, to ensure that he was at peace. But that was exactly what he was feeling, watching how devastated Bradley was.
“I love you too, Bradley,” Jean said softly. When he felt Bradley stiffen against him, he rubbed him on the back gently.
“What did you say?” Bradley’s voice quivered as warmth flooded his entire being.
“I said I love you, baby,” Jean repeated. “I’m in love with you too. I have been for a while now.”
“Does that mean you believe me?” Bradley’s voice hitched in his throat with emotion.
“I’d be a fool not to believe it,” Jean murmured. “I can’t see myself living without you, Bradley. You are mine and I’m yours. So if you go in there, and your mother says she doesn’t want you, know that you have me.” Jean felt Bradley sobbing quietly against him but he didn’t stop him. He went right on saying what was in his heart. “And you don’t have just me. You have my whole family too. I’m sharing my sweet mother, crazy brothers, and…how would you describe my father?”
Bradley began to laugh at Jean’s question. “He’s an amazing father.” Bradley sniveled, raising his head to look at Jean whose cheeks were wet with his own tears. “I love you so much.” He whispered, staring at Jean with his heart in his eyes. “Never doubt that.”
“I won’t.” Jean smiled tremulously as he wiped Bradley’s face with a tissue. “I’m sorry I made you cry.”
“You should be.” Bradley gave a mock growl. “’Cause I never cry.”
“I’ll make it up to you.” Jean grinned, wiping at his own face.
“Oh, you better believe it,” Bradley murmured, feeling so free. Somehow, knowing that Jean loved him back, gave him some confidence, strength, and inner joy, which suppressed all the dread he’d felt within at the prospect of being rejected by his mother. He was so ready to meet the woman and get it over and done with. “Shall we?” Bradley looked at Jean, melting at the tender look in his boyfriend’s eyes.
“Let’s do it.” Jean turned on the ignition and drove into the driveway of Bradley’s childhood home.
At the door, Bradley pressed the bell and then pushed his hands into his back pockets. Jean watched his man, took in his unconsciously sexy pose, watched how his arse looked tight and sexy in his jeans, and felt the confidence oozing from him... He thought Bradley looked as hot as fuck.
“Shit,” Jean muttered when he felt himself stir.
“What?” Bradley turned to look at Jean.
Jean shrugged. “Just lusting after you.” He said simply, giving Bradley a heated look.
“What?” Bradley’s mouth fell open. “You’re crazy, you know…” He trailed off when the door swung open.
“Did you forget your key?” Yolanda Jackson asked without looking up at the person at the door. She was busily counting the money in her purse. “Please leave them on the kitchen counter.” She didn’t even look at Bradley and Jean when they entered the house and closed the door behind them. “I’ll sort it out later.” She took out the money.
Bradley stared at his mother. She looked like a dejected old lady, way older than her age of fifty-eight. His beautiful and regal mother. What happened to her? Bradley gasped at the strong wave of sadness that washed over him. When he felt Jean’s touch at his back, he took deep breaths, drawing strength from his man.
“Here you are, Kenneth.” Bradley watched as his mother finally raised her eyes to his. Immediately upon seeing Bradley’s face, she froze. The purse and money dropped out of her hand as a cry tore out of her mouth. “Jeffery…” Then right before the eyes of Bradley and Jean, Yolanda Jackson began to crumble to the ground in a faint.
