Stranger's Pheromone
The line of omegas stood barefoot on the stone floor of the medical center in one of the examination rooms. Betas passed by each one, scanning the brand on their wrist, preparing something. Ado Yomiya stood aside, watching the process with indifference.
Nari shifted from foot to foot, nervously glancing at the clock on the wall. The previous night lingered in her mind. She didn't remember how she fell asleep. But upon waking, she saw Alpha next to her. He was still holding her in his arms. As soon as he realized she was awake, he immediately pulled away, apologizing. His gaze, his touches, the story he told her... she wanted to know even more. It seemed he had opened up to her. And she had opened up to him. And it was something new, unexplored...
– 13-22, arm! – the voice of the beta supervisor broke her thoughts, – ooo... something new. Ms. Yomiya!
– What's that? – Alpha perked up, – oh, my favorite! What is it this time?

She headed out of the room. But at the door, she stopped.
– By the way, the new lists for the Arena are already ready. 13-21, you can be calm. You will be replaced by 34-20. In a pair with her will be 13-22.
– No! – Nari shouted, – she can't go to the Arena!
– 13-22, have I not made it clear enough to you where your place is? – Yomiya turned to her, – this is the commission's decision.

Nari fell silent. The betas ordered everyone to disperse. Leo immediately rushed to her, tried to help her up, but she sharply pushed him away.

She caught her in the corridor.
