Somewhere in the Midwest, due to severe weather, my flight made an emergency landing. According to the flight crew, we would be delayed until Thursday morning.
Nothing was going according to plan. The memory of her touch and the soothing feeling of her soft fingers on my skin placated the tension in my chest. The thought of tasting her rose-colored lips was enough to make my head spin. And her eyes, the way she lit up when she looked up at me, hell, I could die after one glance.
Just one more night in some random city, in some lonely hotel room.
