The Lost Alpha Queen: Heaven and Hell Bound

Chapter 82

Ch. 82 / 100 Apr 28, 2026

Cassandra's POV

I was told that I had a guest waiting for me from Indigo Pack. I raised a brow, intrigued but cautious.

I got dressed swiftly, donning a regal yet practical attire, and stepped outside to find a young man who looked strikingly familiar waiting for me. His sharp features, confident stance, and piercing gaze unsettled me, yet I held my ground.

I folded my arms, scrutinizing him. "What are you?”

He smirked. “I am Dorian from the Indigo Pack.”

“What do you want?"

His lips curled into a smirk as he gestured toward the chair across from me. "I have an offer for you, Cassandra. One that I believe you’ll find difficult to refuse."

My brow arched higher. "Then speak. I have no patience for riddles."

He sat with deliberate ease, his eyes watching me intently, gauging my reactions. "I’m here to seek your hand in marriage."

Silence fell between us before a burst of laughter escaped my lips. "You’re bold," I scoffed, shaking my head. "And delusional if you think I would agree to such madness? Who the hell do you think you are?"

He was silent. I was enraged so I shot to my feet and made to go

He leaned forward, his voice calm and unwavering. "I am Adolphus’ brother."

That made me pause. My amusement faded as I studied him more closely. Adolphus had a brother?

He reclined in his seat, clearly enjoying my reaction. "Now that I have your attention, let’s talk business."

"Adolphus is from Indigo Pack?" I asked, needing to confirm what I had just heard.

"He is," he said smoothly. "And he is currently in my pack, along with his mate, Katrina."

I inhaled sharply. This was unexpected. "And why would you come to me with this proposal?"

He smirked again. "Because I have something you want but first release my men. I gave them to Adolphus so they could deliver a message to you, which they obviously didn’t deliver before they were made captives."

My jaw tightened. "You expect me to believe you?."

"Oh, yes. You have to. Adolphus is my half-brother and we are mortal enemies." He leaned forward. "The Indigo Pack has split into two factions. Mine has remained in the shadows, but I’ve heard rumors that the other faction has made their way to Crimson Pack. I came to you first because I believe we can form an alliance before they attempt to claim you."

I narrowed my eyes. "Claim me? No one can claim me."

"Oh, but they can. And they will try," he said, his voice laced with amusement. "The Council is already plotting against you for imprisoning the Alpha, your father."

A chill ran down my spine at his words. How did he know about that?

"You're lying," I hissed, but my confidence wavered. If the Council was moving against me, I needed to act fast.

He shrugged. "Am I? You can choose to believe me or wait until it's too late."

I clenched my fists. "And what exactly do you get out of this arrangement?"

"Simple. If we marry, you become the Luna of my pack as well as the Alpha of your Pack, and I will become the Alpha of Indigo Pack. Together, we rule both packs without interference."

I exhaled slowly, considering his words. This was insane, yet... strategic. "And if I refuse?"

He smirked. "Then my brother and his mate remain in my custody. And when the Council comes for you, you will have no allies left."

A gasp left my lips. He had me cornered.

I needed to get rid of Adolphus and Katrina. If he has both of them in his custody, then he is in the power to do that for me.

But can a brother kill his own brother?

“Can you kill Adolphus for me if I asked you?” I threw the question at him, hoping he'd pass the test.

The mischievous smirk was still on his face as he replied. “With pleasure, I will.”

I nodded in satisfaction. “We'll be married. Tomorrow night.”
