Elordi’s heart pounded as he heard Hanna’s words through the crack in the door.
“I don’t want to.”
The blood drained from his face. In an instant, he was no longer thinking. He wasn’t calculating or trying to be rational. He was reacting—fueled by a rage he didn’t fully understand. His hands balled into fists, his jaw clenched, and before he knew it, he kicked the door open with a bang that echoed through the hallway.
“What the hell is going on in here?” Elordi’s voice boomed, filled with fury as he stormed into the room.
Finn jerked away from Hanna, his eyes widening in surprise. Before he could even react, Elordi charged forward, fists flying. His punch connected squarely with Finn’s jaw, sending him stumbling back against the wall.
“Elordi! What the hell, man?” Finn shouted, ducking to avoid another punch.
But Elordi was relentless. He grabbed Finn by the collar and slammed him against the wall, fury blazing in his eyes. “You think you can take advantage of her like that?” His voice was a growl, a dangerous edge to it.
Hanna rushed forward, trying to push Elordi away, her voice frantic. “Elordi, stop! You don’t understand!”
But he wasn’t listening. All he saw was Finn, and all he felt was anger. His fist flew again, landing another blow to Finn’s side, making him grunt in pain. Finn shoved him back, trying to defend himself, but he was no match for Elordi’s blind rage.
“I’m going to kill you, man!” Elordi snarled, ready to throw another punch. But Hanna darted between them, pushing against Elordi’s chest with all her strength.
“Elordi, stop it!” she screamed, her voice cracking with desperation. “He wasn’t taking advantage of me!”
Those words seemed to stop him cold. Elordi froze, his fists still clenched, his chest heaving with anger and adrenaline. His eyes flicked to Hanna, confusion etched across his face. “W-what do you mean?” he asked, his voice quieter but still laced with disbelief.
Finn, panting and clutching his side, straightened up, glaring at Elordi. “You don’t have to answer him, Hanna,” he said through gritted teeth, trying to wipe the blood from the corner of his mouth. “This is between us.”
“Shut the fuck up, Finn!” Elordi snapped, his gaze flicking back to him. “You don’t get to say anything right now!”
“Elordi, please,” Hanna said, stepping closer, her hands trembling as she reached for him. “I… I wanted this to happen.”
