I opened my eyes slowly and it's all dark. I tried to move but my hands and legs were tied.
"Is anybody there?" I whispered.
"Cassie? You're awake?" No way!
"Oliver?"
"Yeah.." He groaned in pain.
"Where are we?" I asked.
"I don't know but.. when I got here, you were already laying on the floor." Oh God..
"Where are you?" I asked.
"I can't see a thing but they tied me to the wall." Oh God..
"This is too much.." I said as I tried to pull my hand but it's useless.
"Who do you think kidnapped us?"
"It's Tanner, I heard him when I'm in the trunk. He was ranting about us finding out about his and that he will kill us."
"Great. We're going to die today.." I said completely stressing out. My breathing pattern started slow down.
"Cassie.. Cassie.." Oliver called me.
"Shit! Cassie, please say something.."
"I'm here.." I said and it came out as a whisper.
"Thank God, please stay awake and talk to me so I know that you're okay. We're going to get of here alive.. I promise." He said but I can't stay calm.

When I was busy looking for Cassie and Oliver with the police, a text came in. It was from an number.
Bring me the evidence and you can have your friends back. Come alone or I'll blow your friends front of you.
It's all Tanner, we all know that but where the fuck is he. I walked out from the room and found of Cassie's brothers.
"Vincent, right?" I asked and he turned to me.
"Yeah, why?"
"I need you to help me." I said and gestured him to follow me to an empty room.
"I got a text and I think it's from Tanner. I need you to grab the black USB from Dean and tell him the police needs it."
"But the evidence? You're just going to give it to Tanner for free?" Vincent looked at me raising eyebrows.
"No, I have a back up and I'll let you know about it but for now I need you to take the USB. I'll my car and wait for you in the lobby. Don't drag other into this, I only need you for now.." I and he nodded. After he left, I quickly grabbed a random laptop from the meeting room and down to the basement grabbing my car.
I drove up to the lobby and while waiting for Vincent. I opened the laptop and quickly connected the internet from my phone. I opened the cloud of files about Tanner and scheduled it to send my dad in an hour.
"Let's go!" Vincent opened the door and got in. I drove away and he put on his seatbelt on.
"Where is it?" I asked and Vincent showed me the USB. I grabbed it and put it in my pocket.
"What's your plan?" He asked.
"I'm going to drop you and pretend that you're going into the restaurant. Go out from the back and grabbed a cab so you can follow me." I gave him my number and he got my .
"Don't tell anyone about this, I scheduled a message to my dad in an hour." I said and then I Tanner for the location.
I dropped Vincent and stepped on the gas. I stopped at the red light.
Tanner: Drop the phone and park your car. I have someone pick you up.
I followed his instruction and got out from the car after parking it. A man grabbed me and started me from head to toe making sure that I don't have my phone with me.
I tried to buy some time for Vincent to follow me by telling Tanner's man to grab the USB from car.
They took me once they got the USB. I got into their car and they started to speed up. They my eyes so I won't be able to see where we're going.
I stayed calm despite being so nervous and scared for Cassie. I hope she's okay because if 's hurt, I won't hesitate to kill people.
After about an hour of car ride, we stopped and I was brought out from the car. They brought me a room and opened my eyes. I was greeted with Tanner who got a big smile plastered on face.
He grabbed the USB and plugging it into his computer. He nodded a few times before he threw USB to the fireplace. He turned to me and got up from his seat.
"Good job, Cole. I knew you're the smart one.."
"Where's my friends?" I asked and he gestured his man to come in. They brought in Oliver and was badly beaten. He can't even open his eyes. My eyes widen when I saw him, I started to that Cassie might be in a bad condition too.
"Where's Cassie?!" I bursted.
"If you want your girlfriend, I want you to transfer all your trust fund money to my account.." God it. How did he know about my trust fund account?!
I'm pretty sure he wasn't alone in my dad's company. I bet he has people in Billy's too.
"It's a trustfund, I can't access it." I hissed and Tanner turned on the TV showing Cassie being to the ceiling. She was standing on a small chair with her hands tied in front of her.

"You're aware that.. they can track your account right?" I asked.

"Release Cassie.." I said almost sounded like begging. Tanner turned to his man and gave him nod. I turned to the TV and they released Cassie.
They brought me to another room with Oliver and when I saw Cassie. I immediately hugged her, cried in my arms and my heart hurts.

"I am but Oliver got badly beaten because of me!" I quickly went to him.

"I'm going to get us out of here.." I said looking at the both of them. The others supposed to because it's more than an hour already.
I sat next to Oliver and made sure that he stays awake. Cassie sat beside me and her whole was shaking so badly. We heard a loud bomb outside and that's when I turned to Oliver.

"They're here!!" He shouted and he gestueed us to go. He helped me carrying Oliver and more came into the room helping us.
"Did you get Tanner?"
"Not yet, he left already.." God damn it!
We walked out from the building and Oliver got carried to the ambulance right away. Cassie was to get check.
"Cole!" I turned to see Vincent jogging towards me.
"What happened when you're inside?" He asked.

"He got my trust fund but I memorized his bank account." I said and the both of them quickly out their phones. I told him the exact numbers and Dean cursed under his breath.
"It's a hidden bank, I knew about this.. how much?" He asked.
