Lucas Anderson faced the panel of judges with an unwavering gaze, his voice steady and resolute. "That is all I seek. Please, honor my request."
An uneasy hush descended over the arena. The judges, accustomed to the allure of power gripping everyone who stood before them, found Lucas's plea unprecedented. As the founder of the organization, he was privy to wealth and influence beyond measure. With just a word, he could anoint leaders in any corner of the globe; such was the reach of his authority.
"Are you certain of this?" one judge asked, the tone heavy with skepticism.
With unyielding certainty, Lucas replied, "Yes."
A weighty silence fell upon them once more, until finally, a judge spoke, the words heavy with consequence, "You shall be stripped of your rank within the organization, and all memories of its existence shall be erased from your mind. Do you consent to these terms?"
Lucas's determined eyes met the judge's gaze squarely. He knew the power of the organization's amnesiac drug; it could eradicate a lifetime of memories without a trace.
"I consent," he affirmed, his fists clenched in silent resolve. Turning slightly, his eyes found Andrea. Her eyes brimmed with tears as their gazes intertwined.
"So be it," the judge decreed. In the next moment, a dense mist suffused the 'Arena of Fate,' enshrouding everything in its obfuscating embrace.

Andrea awoke to the familiar lullaby of waves caressing the shoreline and the wind's soft whistle as it danced around her. These sounds, though comforting, were a mere backdrop to the confusion that clouded her mind. Her eyes fluttered open, adjusting to the sight of the sky above her, and she realized she was lying on a simple mat.
With her senses gathering, she sat up, her gaze instinctively finding a figure seated seven feet away, his back to her. She didn't need to see his face to know it was Lucas Anderson. Her heart sank with the weight of his forgotten past and the life they had once shared as husband and wife.
"They will be here to pick you up soon," Lucas spoke without turning, his voice cutting through the silence and startling Andrea.
Complicated emotions churned within her as she stood and walked towards him. Lucas, sensing her approach, stood and faced her.
"Did you remember marrying me while pretending to be Valentine Anderson?" Andrea's voice was charged with anger, her eyes ablaze.
"I do," Lucas replied, his tone even.
Fury took hold of Andrea, and she struck his face with a forceful slap. Lucas simply smiled, accepting the blow without a word. He knew well the depth of the offense he had given her, all to achieve some mysterious aim.
Andrea took a deep breath, her voice steadier but still edged with pain as she asked, "How many times did you claim to be Valentine Anderson?"
Lucas's memory was a haze, but he was aware of the extent of his deceit.
"More than once," he admitted, calmly facing her wrath.
Her hand rose and fell again, the slap echoing off their isolated surroundings. He just blinked, enduring the punishment he felt he deserved for toying with her heart.
Tears welled in Andrea's eyes as she spoke through her grief, "Are you not Valentine Anderson?"
Lucas had lived with Andrea for a few weeks and understood the depth of her love for his twin brother. Taking her hands in his own, his own eyes moistened with remorse as he confessed, "I wish I were, but I'm not. I am his twin brother, Lucas Anderson. I am sorry, Andrea."
Andrea's grief turned to anger as she pounded on his chest, her voice a mix of yelling and sobbing, "Why didn't you keep lying to me? Why did you let me know the truth? My heart is broken!"
Lucas bowed his head, filled with guilt. He had no idea where his brother was and felt helpless to console Andrea, the very person he had hurt badly.
Their moment was shattered by the thunderous approach of helicopters. More than ten of them hovered over the island before landing. Tony, leading a squad of over ten armed men along with Tate and Agatha, moved quickly toward the distressed Andrea, who was still lashing out at Lucas.
Without a word, Tony's fist connected with Lucas's face as he barked, "Get away from her!"
Agatha embraced Andrea, trying to offer comfort.
"Agatha, he isn't Valentine Anderson, I am such a useless mother I couldn't even identify my son's father" Andrea cried dejectedly while weeping.
"Andrea, you can't blame yourself. No one could have expected Valentine to be gone," she consoled her.
Meanwhile, Tony and Tate unleashed their frustration on Lucas, who refused to retaliate. Exhausted from their relentless search, they found some solace in avenging their hardships against the man responsible.
"Thought you were a fighter. Stand up and fight back!" Tony taunted.
With a swollen face, Lucas remained passive. "I'm not going to fight you," he said simply.
Frustration led Tony to land another punch, and Tate followed with a kick. But their anger waned as Lucas remained stoically unresponsive.
"Stop it, we need to get back," Agatha finally called out. "We have to visit the grave before dusk."
"Next time I see that pretty face of yours, you'll get my fist," Tony threatened Lucas before turning away with Tate. They joined Agatha and Andrea, along with the armed escort, and boarded the helicopters, leaving the island and Lucas Anderson behind. Alone, he remained on the deserted island, abandoned and bruised.
An hour later, the helicopters touched down at the Singer Mansion in Sunshine City.
As Andrea stepped off the helicopter, she had managed to stop crying, although her eyes were bloodshot and her tear-streaked face had been wiped clean.
Upon hearing his mother's arrival, Pete dashed out of the house, joyfully shouting, "Mommy!"
He ran to Andrea and wrapped his arms around her thighs, and she knelt down to embrace him tightly, tears silently streaming down her face.
When they finally let go, Pete's face was a mix of anxiety and nervousness as he tremulously asked, "Where's daddy?"
Tears welled up in Andrea's eyes as she replied in a husky voice, "I'm sorry, Pete. He's not your father. I will find your dad and bring him back to you. I promise, honey."
